Residence Inn Idaho Falls

Clean and very accommodating! I prefer a top floor room and travel quite a bit. I messaged the hotel the day of my stay asking for a top floor and they were able to fulfill my request quickly and without an issue. The rooms are clean and we'll maintained. The hotel has a great location along the river right downtown. Perfect for walking the paths to the gardens and going to eat downtown.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a spacious suite at the Residence Inn Idaho Falls, and I must say, it truly felt like a home away from home! The suite was impeccably clean, with a fully equipped kitchen that made mealtime a breeze. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready with a smile and a willingness to help. The hotel's amenities, including the indoor pool and fitness center, were top-notch and a great way to unwind after a long day. The location was perfect - close to the beautiful Idaho Falls and within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. What really impressed me, however, was the little touches that made our stay extra special, luxury in a nice environment. From the complimentary breakfast buffet to the evening social hours, it was clear that the Residence Inn Idaho Falls is committed to making its guests feel valued and cared for. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in Idaho Falls, look no further than the Residence Inn. I highly recommend it, and I can't wait to return!

The room was beautiful, views breathtaking, but the best were the people working here. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Amber checked us in, she was friendly and professional. Really amazing place to stay. The hotel is downtown, short walk to restaurants ands shops.

It’s always frustrating when you leave something in the hotel room and you think it’s gone forever. Not here. I have left my Philips toothbrush in the room during the one night stay. Without much hope in my mind to get it back, I decided to leave a message on their website. Surprisingly, they found it and offered to mailed it back to me for free. Brandon Grover is extremely helpful during the communication and even told me it will be out the first thing in the morning and be here on Friday. I can’t be more grateful for their help. Other than this, the room is clean and cozy. Staffs are very friendly and made me feel like home. Just like any nice Marriott you’ve stayed at before, if not better.

Excellent top floor 2 bedroom 2 bath suite with kings overlooking Snake River and outstanding bike path along river’s edge. Suite has huge kitchen with full fridge and oven. All your food prep tools are in room. Kristal (sp?) was a competent, friendly and helpful front desk person. I’m a 100% disabled Veteran and I honestly can say I have not had such nice customer service at a hotel. Thanks for taking care of me so diligently.

I am grateful to have experienced wonderful hotels all over the world, and the thing that makes them wonderful is the staff. This Residence Inn is no exception; the people who work there are friendly, warm, professional and capable. They made our stay outstanding and we really enjoyed our room and its view of the beautiful Idaho Falls.

Checked in on Oct 07 for a one night stay.|Checkin was awesome, front desk associate knew what she was doing and had plenty of excellent advice on the trails etc.|The hotel is immaculate, clean property, very clea rooms and comfortable beds.|This was one of the best Marriott stays I've had. ❤️ |Location is optimum for the river trail system, located easy walk to restaurants that offer everything from pricier steaks to pizzas.|

Made a reservation for 2 nights, and a few days later a family emergency arose, tried to reschedule, or get a refund, or some kind of credit. I was told we were unable to change the dates, get a credit or get a refund. In essence they just stole my money. Read the fine print on their website before you reserve a room with this chain. Or, in my estimation reserve a room at another hotel, anyone who steals your money should be avoided.
