Best Western Driftwood Inn

Stayed here two nights and booked two rooms. Both rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is beautiful—right on the Snake River! The staff are outstanding here, front desk and housekeeping . So helpful and kind to us and to my elderly mother. I highly recommend this Best Western. This is now our go-to place to stay in Idaho Falls.

In all my years staying at different hotels I have never had such great hospitality and a wonderful breakfast where they actually made you eggs to order!! You can choose loaded Omelette or over easy etc. DEFINITELY WORTH THE STAY! Jaime

I don’t often take the time to write reviews, but I had to give this place 5 stars. My husband & I came to Idaho Falls to scout out the area to possibly move here & spent 3 nights at this inn. We are both really big on customer service & every interaction we had with staff here was very friendly & helpful. We were even offered a room upgrade directly across from the river, since they had an open room available. Everything was clean & comfortable & we loved the view from our room. This inn is in the most convenient location, just steps from the riverwalk, where you can get out & exercise or just sit & enjoy the view. Lots of people out walking dogs! We enjoyed the free breakfast as well. Plenty of options including an omelette bar where staff will make them for you on the spot. We were blown away by what we received for the price. We live in a place that would charge 2-3x what we were charged per night. We anticipate returning to the area & if so, this will be our first choice to stay.

This Best Western is amazing! My little LOVED the 24 hour jacuzzi and my teens loved the 24 hour gym! The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The view was incredible! Such a great spot! Thank you, Emily! Your team was SO helpful and courteous! We will DEFINITELY be staying here whenever we visit Idaho Falls again!

We needed a place to crash on a roadtrip and picked the Driftwood by chance. SO HAPPY we did! The staff was super helpful, rooms were very clean, the breakfast omelets delicious, and they allowed us to work in the lobby after we checked out. It's also right next to the river path, so lovely views and safe area.

I will definitely stay there next time I am in the area! The hotel is right across from the falls and park so there’s a nice place to walk and relax. Food is within walking distance. There is a Mexican place and a brew pub right down the street and more if you go a bit further.|This place is nice. Everything looks new and is decorated nicely. The room was comfortable and well maintained. Access is from outside but you can park in front of your room which is nice. I think there is more to the hotel than what we saw since it shows two stories but we only saw one. So two areas possibly? The front desk lady was very nice and helpful on choices for restaurants and they had delicious cookies at the front desk. It was quiet when we were there. The breakfast sounded good but we left too early to try it. I have only two slight negatives. Although there is blackout shades on the window a lot of light still comes in around the edges but it was still okay. The other is that it’s a little tight in the parking area in the part we were in but still fine.

Great friendly staff! The rooms are quiet with dense walls. Best shower I've seen in a hotel! Room was clean and comfortable, I could park right in front, furniture was nice. What can I say? The vibes of this place are what all hotels should strive for!

Hotel is in a great location, next to the river and a nice long walking path. The outdoor pool would be great in the summer (it was closed in January of course). The included breakfast featured an omelette station and the omelet was very nicely done.
