FairBridge Extended Stay a Kitchenette Hotel

If you're long term and looking for a cheap place to stay, this works. I like that the hotel has a nice restaurant attached. Some guests could be a little more mindful of their cigarette smoke, and sound travels through the door, but those are my only complaints. Older amenities but everything is functional. I'm easy, some people might be put off by the older charm this hotel offers.

This place is 3 stars. If you need to stay cheap in Idaho Falls this is ok. Not very clean, smells, but conveniently located. There is a stove, but it is a special stove. Simple dishes are not suitable. There is a microwave, a refrigerator. There were new dishes: plates, cups, cutlery. There were new clean towels. Everything worked. But there was a dirty sofa and chair, and dirty bed linen. No one cleaned for 2 weeks. Double payment was charged both through Booking and through the hotel.

This was a trip we made to meet with our realtor. We thought we found a great place to stay with our dogs. The green belt behind looked amazing and the front desk lady was super nice. We got everything moved into a room that was not nearly as nice as it looked in the pictures. Then we go outside to our truck and the guy next to us that was staying there asked if we had any drugs. Then proceeded to tell us this was the place to be. We then see three police fly to the back of the building for some type of disturbance. We had a horrible feeling. We decided to stay as we knew we would not get our money back for the night. We did cancel the next two nights and moved hotels. Then that night we were walking our dogs and there were two ladies staying there going through the dumpsters. We didn’t feel safe at all!! The guy parked next to us was banging on his truck all night trying. To replace a door and bumper! There were so many sketchy people staying there it was alike a drug den!! It was definitely a horrible experience! I would love for my night I stayed to be refunded but I knew that wouldn’t happen! I would never recommend this hotel and will not leave a nice review anywhere for it. This place is down right scary!

I had a Wonderful Time during my stay here! The blonde night staff lady was Very friendly, the room was Clean and Comfortable, the price was Very Affordable, and they had a jacuzzi available which was the perfect way to end my evening! I recommend this place to Anyone looking for a nice, clean, and affordable place to stay at while traveling; I will Definitely be returning to Fairbridge whenever I come through here again!

The rooms are nice, beds were clean. No smoking! Pet friendly and comfortable. Right next to a park and snake River boat ramp 9/10 but only because a door kept slamming loudly because it's broken. That was annoying

Positive: The rooms were large and hotel was close to the highway. Negative: The hotel was quite smoky in the halls and the room was kind of smoky too.It seem very secure as the exterior doors didn't lock. Some of the furniture was dirty.

Positive: Location. Staff was friendly. Negative: The sheets on the bed had old blood stains on them. The pillow case had a big stain of some sort on it. Towels were stained also. The place was also very, very noisy. Every sound in the hall and outside was heard. About 6am someone was vacuuming. WTH?

We came last minute in the middle of the night. Diette at the desk was super nice and helpful! She saw we had a rough travel and insisted on helping us find our rooms personally in the hotel and making sure everything was ok. Besides that, the rooms were clean, quiet and well equipped Thank you!
