Hampton Inn Idaho Falls/Airport

Positive: Nice large room. Breakfast was convenient. Poole and hot tub. Negative: Although breakfast was convenient, its quality was pretty low. Egg dishes and meat (bacon and sausage) were lowest possible quality.

Dan asked me to leave the property because he was upset and not willing to let a Gold member (me) talk to him. He actually called the police. He is clearly not happy with himself and taking it out on others. The Manager refunded my points and was a pleasure to talk to. Do Better Dan, I also Contacted Corporate.

This place was horrible to stay in the other night. Our rooms were not clean. Someone’s stuff was left in one of our rooms. The reception lady was the worst, attitude and zero help with our needs. She acted as if we were a burden on her shift. Gave us dirty looks anytime we walked by or went to the pool. Just the most unpleasant experience at a hotel we ever had.

The rooms are nice! We stayed on a comfortable King my wife and I that is. Very clean room it smelled good like fresh linens! Sharon @ the front desk was a great host/greeter person in general! She made that place shine! I’m sure there was more same great attitude workers around! The place was immaculate! You could tell ppl took pride in their work at this establishment! Way too hot @ all the staffers @ this location! Keep up the great work!

Right in the center of town 2 minutes walk to the falls and some good restaurants we really enjoyed of quick overnight stay when passing thru town. Check-in was quite, the room has fresh and seemed new, included all we needed (microwave, frig, coffee maker, TV, strong WiFI, plenty of hot water. ||Breakfast included a number of little extras that really seemed that they cared. The offerings included: bananas, apples, yogurt, hard boiled egged, scrambled eggs, ham, potatoes, toast, bagels, a couple pastries, oatmeal, plain and chocolate waffles, cereal, juice, coffee, tea, hot coco. Breakfast is available from 6 am - 10am. |I would stay again if in Idaho Falls

Nice property. Convenient to airport. Free hotel shuttle available. Included breakfast with many options. They do a free light dinner option, I think on Monday-Thursday (soup, salad and cookies). Comfortable bed. Located beside Applebee’s. Short walking distance to River, walking path, and the Falls.
