Hampton Inn Idaho Falls At the Mall

01.2025 As always in Hampton, Very nice and comfortable beds. Rooms are bigger than usual hotels. Internet worked well. Just 5 minutes from a very nice Indian Restaurant. This location is also close to Besy Buy and other shopping area. Also they do have Guest Laundry in property.

I can’t say enough about my experience at this hotel. My husband experienced a medical emergency on our vacation and I stayed in the Hampton Inn while he was in the hospital in Idaho Falls. The reception staff was excellent - getting a room was easy, they provided a wheelchair for my husband when he was able to join me, provided recommendations for food - helped in every way they could. The hotel also provides a discount for medical stays. The room was clean, comfortable, and a good breakfast was provided. At a difficult time, this made life a bit easier.

This Hampton always shows up and shows out . From the moment you walk in the front door and are greeted by front desk staff to the Manager of housekeeping asking you how your stay is going (talk about taking good care of the customers ) let’s talk about how meticulously clean the rooms are . I will always stay here on my visits back home !! Thank you to all the staff job well done !!

We had a great stay at this hotel. Service was super friendly and the place is family friendly. They even allowed pets which we appreciated so much. The rooms were clean and they have good breakfast. We like that it’s super close to everything so it makes it convenient for us and our family. We’d recommend this place and would book it again. Thank you.

Devon at front desk was pleasant when we checked in. House keeping Cely was clean and fast. We needed an extra bed and the service was prompt. Breakfast was enjoyable and snacks just a great touch...Thank you for a great experience..... will be back

Hotel was ok and the staff was very friendly. Small fitness center but the equipment seemed relatively new. I rated this hotel a 3 because the hotel elevator did not work. We stayed there for two nights on the 3rd floor. Would have been nice if the management would have been proactive to give their guests something for the inconvenience.
