Candlewood Suites Champaign-Urbana Univ Area by IHG

This hotel has to be my favorite candlewood suite that I’ve been to. Amazing front desk help great coffee. A phenomenal laundry room. Gymnasium is ideal for someone trying to stay in shape. The outside opportunities such as grilling is very unique. Excellent Wi-Fi.

When we arrived we were greeted by a very nice lady who gave us a tour of the hotel. We thought that was very nice and my wife said she never had anyone give a tour like she did. Free coffee, laundry parking. Our two queen room was very spacious and had a full size fridge, small stove, dishwasher.

I have been to a lot of hotels & this one is top notch for the location & price. It is very clean, spacious, free coffee was nice, work out room was so clean and nice. Had all toiletries needed, shower was good. Very nice hotel for the location. Everything looked new. We have stayed at a lot of hotels and what was there to offer was very good.

Front desk staff and manager were very welcoming at the check in. The manager took the time to greet me and to show me the amenities. Hotel is in a good location as there was no traffic noise and easy to get to off of the interstate. Room was comfortable and clean. I would recommend this hotel.

I love this place. My only regret is that I just discovered the place. the place smells amazing. the staff amazing. everyone extremely friendly. Ive stayed in Champaign for over 20 years 4 times a year. this place beats all the other places. I just wish I had found it t many years ago

I enjoyed my stay for work and the rooms were comfy and quiet and I was able to work and sleep well not issues with any part of the check in or the stay it was quick and quiet. They met all my expectations

I cannot recommend this property. A lot of stuff in the room did not work (dishwasher) or old. The frint desk staff are not well trained. I received charges that I should not have upon check out and it took management almost a month to reverse it even after several phone calls and emails back and forth directly to the assistant manager who acknowkedged that the charges were a mistake from the very brginning.

We had been traveling for several days and had stayed in another brand because of our traveling companions. When we split, I booked IHG and was lucky enough to happen upon the Candlewood and the Assistant Mgr (sorry, I don’t remember her name). What a wonderful nights sleep. Thank you
