Courtyard Champaign

While the hotel has 4 stars Anthony deserves TEN. I’ve never had better service at a hotel. He was accommodating, understanding, and attentive to everything our group needed. I would highly recommend this hotel as long as this man works there.

I travel to Champaign multiple times per month. Every time I stay here. The staff is friendly and attractive. I have never had a bad experience or not encountered a smile during my stay. This will continue to be my hotel of choice when I am in town. Keep up the great atmosphere.

Super friendly staff!! The onsite Bistro was a nice touch. be aware of the right side of hotel is a car detailing place and was a bit noisy during daytime hours. if you want quiet , get a room on the other side.

If I could give zero stars I would. Maintenance man was so racist to me and my children. Made racist remarks. We got treated unfairly. I made complaints to the hotel and supervisors and after pretending they would do something NOTHING happened at all. I would NEVER stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and the location was great. The rooms need a little TLC, but not bad by ANY means! Will definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay at this courtyard. All the staff were courteous and friendly. My room and bed were clean however I feel like it could have used a better vacuum and mop in the bathroom as I found quite a few hairs.

Positive: It was close to the event we were in town for Negative: staff was dressed unprofessional and didn't seem overly friendly. the hotel had an overall old and musty smell. the carpet in the halls were gross. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know. it was definitely not worth the $--- we had to spend.

We reserved a room at this hotel through the Marriott app. When we arrived we were told there were no rooms available and they didn’t know how we were able to reserve a room. They charged me for the room anyway. I called and they told me they could see where I had not stayed and it just takes time to reverse the charge. A month later that has not happened. Would not recommend dealing with this hotel!
