NillIf you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place to sleep, shower, and get out to explore the city, this hotel is a solid choice. I really appreciated being able to check into my room right away in the morning—super convenient after an early arrival. The hotel has water stations throughout, which is great for refilling a water bottle on the go. Another nice perk: they offer free laundry (washer and dryer), though I’m not sure if that’s available on every floor—just ask a staff member. Overall, the location is excellent, the amenities are practical, and I’d definitely stay here again.

NillReally enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were comfortable and there was a water bottle filling station on our floor. The location was in close proximity to public transit and we pretty much walked everywhere. We did try valet the first night and it was a little chaotic. It took awhile to get our car and once it was pulled up to the front, the driver left and it took us awhile to track him down. We were never informed it was ready. The other nights we parked in the parking garage down the street and had a much better experience. It is a short five minute walk and I felt my car was secure. I would definitely stay at this location again.

★★★★★Our room was amazing with two queen beds and two separate bathrooms. Everything was very clean. The staff was very polite. They even had complementary cappuccino and espresso maker in the lobby, which was delicious. The elevators were working fine and we were in a great location, walking distance to the L train and many other great things. We will definitely be staying there again

★★★★★The service and assistance from the staff was absolutely amazing and thorough. Everyone was so friendly and helpful… especially Ronnie, the Front Desk Clerk. He was very patient and you can tell he loves what he does. He made our stay very enjoyable as well as the other staff member. Location was everything as well!

NillI’ll start by saying this: the hotel is absolutely worth the money. The rooms were nice, and I especially appreciated the use of refillable and reusable amenities—small details that go a long way. I stayed for three nights and four days, and during that entire time, one of the two elevators serving my floor was out of order. With over 20 floors and only one working elevator, getting up and down was a hassle. Being in a mid-level room meant long waits for an elevator, and more than once, when it finally arrived, it was already full. So I had to wait again. I’ve traveled extensively for work over the last 20 years and stayed in hundreds—if not thousands—of hotels. In all that time, I’ve never stayed somewhere that felt as impersonal as this. At check-in, there were staff present, but just enough to funnel guests into a self-check-in process. I hated it. After nearly 30 hours of travel without sleep, I just wanted to check in and go to bed. Instead, I was left to fumble through a self-service kiosk. The process took much longer than it would have if someone who knew the system had just checked me in. After a few failed attempts and with a line growing behind me, I asked an employee for help. Rather than assisting, they simply reassured me I could figure it out. That wasn’t comforting—it was frustrating. I finally got through it, only to realize the kiosk didn’t display my room number. When I asked, the employee curtly told me, “It’s in your email,” and turned away. They weren’t wrong, but the whole experience felt cold and unwelcoming. I genuinely hated it. If I had to guess, it seems like the hotel is moving toward a fully automated check-in process—likely to eliminate a few staff positions. I can’t say that for certain, but that’s definitely the impression it left me with. Later, I tried to visit the front desk in the middle of the night and found no one there. Thankfully it wasn’t an emergency, but be aware: if you need help outside normal hours, you might be on your own. All in all, while the hotel itself is nice, I’m not inclined to return.

★★★★★We’ve stayed here before and we book the Club Quarters when we go to Chicago! It’s a great location, reasonable price, and walking distance to many things. Clean, comfortable and even tho rooms are not super spacious, it’s still pretty nice with great views depending on what side your room is on!

NillWhile their rooms are great. I have stayed with this location years ago and same.. rooms are great but in 2025 their front desk service / billing has changed. I stayed with them for 4 days extended stay same room. My advice for anyone reading this its best to book through any third party that you find cheaper rates and choose the option to pay now. Do not choose the option to pay at the property like i did because you will have the worst nightmare. They are conducting bad business with guests money. They have charged my card more than one time then only refunded me one of the charges back. Claiming they dont see on their side where they have charged me more than once etc.. when i have the proof on my bank transactions. Also its best to give them the incidental deposit in cash even with that they took my incidental on one of my stays claiming when they tried to collect the room rate & taxes from my card it declined when that were a huge lie they just found a reason to take my deposit. However the deposit issue didnt happen again so i still think its best to pay the deposit in cash when they mention the deposit to you.
