I had an amazing stay with my wife. The Richards penthouse was fantastic. Frankie was absolutely amazing and upgraded us complimentary due to the hotel being sold out. She and Danny made sure that we had the perfect experience. Travis and Antoine were the two bellman that helped us during our stay and they were phenomenal as well. Chad gave us lots of great dinner recommendations and his sense of humor is hilarious. Jordan was also super helpful. We greatly appreciate the great hospitality this hotel gave us. Thank you virgin team for our wonderful stay we enjoyed my birthday, Valentine’s day, and our 1 year wedding anniversary. We truly appreciate everyone that assisted us.

The staff was so friendly, specifically, Daquann Ford took great care of us & made great drinks and strong he don’t play around frfr! The view is so beautiful, pictures came out amazing! you can see the so much from the roof the city is so so so beautiful and on a nice day the people really come out and support local. Definitely coming back!

The room we stayed at was adorable! The design was cute and the hotel itself has a charming look. Reception was very friendly and welcoming our whole stay, and extremely helpful with all questions we had. The room was always clean and the bed was comfortable with fluffy pillows.

The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable! The view from my window was incredible and my overall experience was great! The location of the hotel is perfectly situated within easy walking to sights, the river, and incredible shops and restaurants. I can't wait to visit again.

Throughout the stay I had an absolutely wonderful time. I was greeted with the most friendliest faces as well as such a beautiful ambience as well as a clean hotel. These are all top priorities with any stay of mine. I specifically want to talk about the receptionist Deanna, she truly made our stay exceptional.

La’Tisa J was amazing and helped me print out items I needed for work before I even arrived at the hotel. So thoughtful and helpful, I truly truly appreciate. We also really enjoyed the coffee shop in the lobby and all of the amenities. Location is top tier, truly can’t say enough good things

We had an INCREDIBLE stay at the Virgin Hotel Chicago. From the second we walked in (tired and freezing cold!), we were treated like royalty.||I’d like to say a particular thank you to Danny on the front desk who welcomed us and looked after us from the moment we checked in. Not only was he polite and friendly but he went completely above and beyond. I would go as far as to say the service he gave was the best service we’ve ever had in a hotel, anywhere! And we travel a lot! ||The hotel itself is stunning and the rooms beautiful and comfortable. The beds are like clouds! ||If you are looking for a hotel in Chicago a great location, don’t think twice about booking here!!

Visiting Chicago with a friend, decided to go to Virgin hotel to check out the rooftop bar. The vibe was great, the music was lit, the rooftop view was on point and our server was Daquann. He did an amazing job!! He ordered our drinks, made suggestions on good food on the menu. I would highly recommend this place and Daquann as your server.
