Viceroy Chicago

I came to Chicago for a solo birthday trip and the best choice I made was staying at the Viceroy!! Everything about this hotel was exceptional! As a travel agent I was extremely impressed with the hospitality and customer service. Huge shoutout to Ella she was amazing!! She is so helpful and sweet she assisted me with upgrading to a Jr suite which is a beautiful room and made sure I was comfortable. She made the experience so easy thank you so much! Chris was also very nice and helpful he gave me plenty of recommendations for my stay. Everyone was exceptionally nice. I can’t wait to return and recommend my customers.

Everything about this hotel was incredible. We stayed here for my son and daughter in law's wedding weekend and many family and friends stayed here too for a very reasonable wedding block rate. . Every staff member was professional, warm and helpful. Rooms were beautiful. The daily candy and fruit infused water in the lobby gave it an added touch and the lobby was a comfortable warm place to gather. We would absolutely go back to this hotel the next time we are in Chicago. Our family really enjoyed the breakfast at the Somerset restaurant. Fantastic location, excellent service and wonderful experience.

This special day exceeded our wildest dreams, and we are immensely grateful to the exceptional Viceroy team. We especially want to thank Randy for his infectious enthusiasm and commitment, Kendall for his seamless orchestration of the day, Mario and his team for their superb culinary and beverage service, and Dolce for her invaluable guidance in bringing our vision to life. The customer service is phenomenal!!! My company held a two day meeting at the hotel and Randy, Evie and Mario made sure that everything was perfect. They checked in with us and Randy even bought us coffee!!! Cecilia with Encore also made sure that all of our AV needs were met. Every single staff member was always smiling and asking if we needed anything. This boutique hotel is a must to stay at if you are ever in Chicago!!

Highly recommend! The hotel, service and food were great. I was here on business but will visit on my own dime too. Randy, Kendall, and Mario were fantastic from the banquet team. They were on top of everything. I cannot say enough great things about my experience, and I host a lot of meetings.

The Viceroy is beautiful, in a great and convenient location, as well as the total staff are outstanding. Randy and the conference room team, as well as the front desk staff were super accommodating. Highly recommend! The attached restaurant and upper-level bar were fantastic too. A great all-around experience was had by our business team.

We really enjoyed this stay! The lower level hotel bar had excellent cocktails, the rooftop bar was a great vibe, the rooms were spacious, and the location worked great as it was 1-2 blocks away from the train. We will definitely be staying here again!

The Viceroy is a swanky boutique hotel right in the heart of the Gold Coast, in a 120 year-old building! The lobby boasts larger-than-life art installations welcoming you to the lobby, there’s a seasonal rooftop pool with skyline views, and most of the rooms have views of Lake Michigan. Oh yeah, and it’s dog-friendly, too!||We absolutely loved our room, the view, the service, the atmosphere, and how close it is to absolutely everything. Oh! And the scent... we ended up buying the room spray for our own house because we loved it that much :).
