Felt welcomed the moment we walked into the lobby. Quick trip to Chicago. This was our second stay at the Claridge House and am certain won’t be our last. Staff was super friendly, easy checkin, accommodations clean and comfortable. Great value! Love the neighborhood too. Very walkable.

When you walk in to Claridge House Chicago you immediately feel welcomed and at home. There is a gorgeous little coffee bar in the lobby with ample seating options. Hotel staff are welcoming and helpful. Gorgeous views from the room, too. Clean and cozy. Linens were spotless and comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!

The room we stayed in was a king size suite with view of the lake. It was unbelievable and definetly made for a romantic night. The host for checkin was really kind and hospitable. Happy hour was from 5 to 6pm. Awesome experience!! Thank you we will be back!

This was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. As someone who usually opts for Airbnb because of budget and a more intimate environment, I was surprised by how well Claridge House matched what I love. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. Cinthya checked in with me multiple times throughout my stay, and the warm hospitality from Bryson, Maura, and the rest of the staff made all the difference. This was my first time in Chicago for a ten-day research trip, but thanks to them, my stay felt more like a retreat. I truly enjoyed my time here, knowing that if I ever needed anything, they would go above and beyond to make it even better.||I also want to thank the incredible team at the restaurant and café—P, Issac, Daniel, Cici, and Daisy. They made this hotel feel lively and welcoming, transforming it from just a stop for travelers into a place filled with warmth and connection.||My room was on the smaller side, so I wouldn’t necessarily recommend a queen bed room for a longer trip, but the price was unbeatable. The upgrade option was also very reasonable, though I stuck with my original choice for reimbursement reasons. Still, I know I’ll return to this hotel because it was truly worth it.||I look forward to coming back soon and seeing all the wonderful people who make this place so special.

I LOVE THIS HOTEL!! Seriously, such a gem. The staff is incredible - so friendly and attentive. The breakfast/coffee & cocktails at Cal's are fantastic. The rooms are tiny but comfortable, well appointed and close distance walking to great shopping (Rush/Oak/Walton) and restaurants (Maple & Ash, Gibsons). Will recommend to everyone!

The location is absolutely lovely. Close to everything without being in the thick of it all. The staff was absolutely wonderful from the parking team to housekeeping. Wonderful. The hallways and room leave a little to be desired. The carpet in the room was stained and it was smaller than expected. The shower door opened toward the shower head so you had to get wet to turn on the shower. Would stay again in the summer when I have less packed.

Me and my sweet girl had an amazing experience staying at Claridge. Staff were incredibly helpful , very caring and understanding. Made our stay absolutely memorable. Rooms were always clean and very comfortable. Truly had everything you could ever need. I'll always recommend Claridge before any other hotel in the area . The service and hospitality truly made me and my Raven's time there feel like home .

We had the pleasure of staying in this hotel in February. The hotel is in a great location. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. We have stayed at this hotel on more than one occasion and will definitely stay there again.
