FOUND Hotel Chicago

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed at. Cost us about $80 for two nights and honestly just found this place through Google hotels. The communal kitchen with all supplies stocked is a great asset to this building. The bar/lounge areas were also well decorated and curated. Could see this being a great work-from-home spot as well if you need the space. Location is excellent, we were walking distance to a lot of the places we planned to go to. This was such a memorable experience and the details of this stay are imprinted in my mind. What a beautifully done place! And our room was clean with no complaints

I’ve been here twice, first time everything was good- but the second time I paid for 10 days, and they kicked me out after 3 days saying I was over staying. They were so rude to me, in a point that I started crying and the girl in my room had to hold the door and tell them to wait outside of the room so I could grab all my things. I showed them my bank account, how much I paid, but then I realized I never got my receipt on my email; only a confirmation email for 3 days (what didn’t make sense because I booked and paid for 10 days). I was charged for 10 days. They said it was the website problem. I told them I wanted to talk to the manager, they told me no manager on Sundays and gave me a card, and only gave me the manager card when they threatened me to called the cops, and I told them to do it so because I could prove how much I paid. I was so devastated and frustrated, that all I could think or do was to collect my stuff and leave. Luckily they didn’t ruin my vacation because I had money to pay for other hotels and enjoy the city. But it was a bad experience crying in the lobby with them threatening me. And even if it was the system problem, they shouldn’t be rude, because I was showing them the $300 something that was charged on my bank account. So I all at least wanted was my money back. They gave it back I think, because months later I noticed at my statement only $39 charged. But still, the situation made me extremely uncomfortable and I would never recommend this place again. Staff very rude. Perhaps the website had issues because I booked and paid for 10 days, but the site says 7. Still, they should’ve at least let me stay 7 days and not 2 and half.

Rooms are small, the price seems wayyy too high for what I paid for. Shower room floor was dirty. AC unit made some weird noise, felt like I was in a Vietnam war (virtually). Service: They will reach out and ask if you have any questions during your stay(SMS wise) checkout was smooth, you can do it online. Parking is horrible, they should offer suggestions for parking in near areas on their website. That would’ve helped a lot.

upon arrival this hotel is in a great location and the staff is awesome!! got into our room and unpacked, everything was going great, unfortunately when we were leaving the hotel to go sightseeing our first day and our door would not properly shut/lock and we had to be moved to another room, now that was amazing from the staff, unfortunately when we got to the other room it was very cold and the heater didn't work. we got a space heater and fixed that issue, when we got back to the hotel after sightseeing we sat down and tried to watch TV and our TV didn't work, once again I went down to the main lobby and got the staff, the staff was phenomenal and had no issue fixing it for us and we did get a reimbursement for our first night which was also very nice. great location, great staff and enjoyed our stay!

They double charged me for our stay ($400) and then when I requested a refund they shorted me by $20. You’re paying hotel prices for hostel like accommodation. Vibes are off, amenities are missing. Bed is uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Ended up booking another hotel after realizing how horrible this place was and was not given a refund when I requested it :/

Hotel is okay for the price, noise was not that bad. Clean, but small room. Wish they had the TV on the wall and have a table and chair for work or eat. It is a good option if you are in a budget. Close to everything! 10-20 min walk to downtown and neighbourhood was safe. Even left my laptop in the room and everything was good

The hotel is in a great location, walkable to most major attractions in Chicago city. The rooms are warm and clean, beds comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. Check in and check out are easy and contactless, and it was handy having our room key digitally on the Sonder app. Would definitely recommend this hotel for your Chicago visit!

Very nice cute little room, customer support was great. It had iron, shampoo and shower items as well as good WiFi and conditioner. The lobby was very beautiful, very charming to sit and work there. Not very crowded and noisy. I would recommend booking the place if you just need a nice bed and a small place to spend a few days
