Omni Chicago Hotel

All of the staff are so friendly and they went above and beyond for our stay. We booked Omni for a girl’s weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 15th birthday with friends. Before we arrived, they decorated our room with balloons, rose petals, and a personalized birthday card. When we got back from dinner, they surprised her with dessert in our room. The suite is spacious, great view and the staff is the cream on top. So happy.

Staff is so friendly. Very clean hotel, comfortable beds. We love The Omni! The flavored water in the lobby was so wonderfully refreshing. The concierge was helpful and the doormen were so kind and offered great suggestions about where to eat. Rooms and absolutely beautiful.

The room was large, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel is located right off of Michigan avenue in a great location. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. |The staff was very helpful during our short stay. Wonderful (but expensive) breakfast in the hotel's restaurant.

We were here for a business trip but extended an invite to see family. We booked a couple nights for family and let me tell you, Leah the director was absolutely fantastic. They helped my mother in laws suite to celebrate her nuptials;, amazing customer service and just a delight to do business with. Her staff is amazing, make sure you ask for Leah, Michael, Sandor next time you book here. They were so friendly, accommodating and helpful.

Phenomenal rooms, great service, great value, not haunted. Francisco at Concierge and Mirham at the front door were excellent and took great care of us for the stay! Suites were very comfortable, bedding was high quality, and perfect location on Michigan Ave.

Obviously most will select this property based on location to Michigan Ave and touristy things. Great for that, but what is also great, the proximity to the neighborhoods. I took time each day to explore more residential gems. Shops and restaurants are great. From arrival, you are welcomed by a bell staff who are friendly and welcoming. The rooms could use a heavier hand in the cleaning process, but they are appointed very well. Bathroom spacious, shower area has great space for storing shampoos, etc. Will absolutely be back.

We stayed for a few nights in a king suite. The room was good size and clean. It was a little dated but was well maintained. The king suites dont all have pull outs some just have couches. Room was quiet and valet was really helpful. We had a ton of items that they helped placed in storage. The location is good only a block from michigan Avenue. Thr resturant was great for breakfast. My only complaint is you have to take two separate elevators from the ground floor to get to the rooms which is a bit frustrating.

Great location, great service, small rooms, weird food.||This hotel is perfectly located for shopping and sightseeing- although December is not the ideal time to walk around Chicago!||Every staff member was super helpful, the hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays and there were many wonderful restaurants close by. Every staff member was super helpful and made great recommendations and reservations for us.||We booked a corner suite, the room was tight, but exactly as depicted in the photos. What you see is what you get.||There’s a lovely bar - but not a lot of food choices in the hotel - eat elsewhere!
