Sleep Inn Rockford I-90

Our room was very noisy but the service was wonderful. The service desk moved us to another room without any issue. We were appreciative. Our next room was fine. Comfortable and nicely decorated.

We've stayed at several different Sleep Inns across the country. I must say this is the first time we've been disappointed with our stay. The service was but the room was very outdated and looked really dingy. It could use some new furniture. The room was basically clean with the exception of the shower.. the floor of the shower could really use a good scrubbing... Breakfast was much to write home about, looked / tasted like power eggs and the bacon was barely cooked. Butter frozen solid... All in all, we'll not be stopping at this Sleep Inn again.

I was in town to visit family and after having a horrible encounter at the Equality Inn we ended up here. It was late and wasn't sure if we would have to place to sleep that evening. But they were able to accommodate us. I had family that was already booked here and they said the service was nice. I didn't know what to expect after being treated terribly at the motel close by. But I will say it was a pleasant experience and the front desk clerk was very nice. The rooms were clean, it was quiet and we got a good night sleep.

The white girl at the front desk has a nasty attitude. She doesn't like her job and you can tell. If she doesn't want to be there, why show up just to be nasty to guests? She needs a reality check. Everyone else is extremely friendly but her, she needs to go!!

Spent 2 nights at hotel on trip. Shower is in a room with toilet and sink is outside. Desk person was very friendly. Tip - 3rd floor may be better as heard people walking around on floor above. Has elevator. Breakfast - maybe 4 to 5 tables, eggs/sausage, 2 types of cereals, danish, muffins, toast, waffles. Area was refreshed as needed.|Overall it was pretty clean but ran on the more expensive side (may be related to area)

Patient, attentive and overall great service from the staff. The rooms are a bit tight but I still enjoyed a good nights rest on the very comfortable beds. Conveniently located only a few minutes down from where I had to go. 👍

Positive: Very clean,easy check in,breakfast and the room was spacious Negative: The heater didn't get hot enough to say how cold it actually gets in Illinois

We had a fire at the high-rise i live in. I was relocated to the sleep in hotel. The.building is a little dated but very comfortable..the bed was very comfy and I really liked the sink in my room..the TV stations could be better like better internet but overall this is a great place to stay..the breakfast is good also..the staff is very nice 👌..I enjoyed my stay at the sleep in hotel...
