NillGreat simple stay. All we need is a clean and budget friendly place to sleep for the night. We have stayed here a few times when visiting family but only really use the room for sleeping. We spend most of our time with family. Can't beat the price for a newer renovated location. All the other hotels are much closer to 100/per night. Staff is always nice as well. So close to everything! I can walk over to Starbucks in the morning.

NillI have stayed here multiple times. The location, along with surrounding amenities works perfectly before the venture to Chicago. Recently stayed a had a wonderful experience. Katie, the front desk staff was delightful to deal with, providing a warm welcome, and very accommodating. Katie ensured our stay was comfortable, and pleasant. I generally don’t leave reviews, unless exceptional service or experience is provided. A rarity in todays day and age in customer service Thank you Katie!

NillHotel staff was friendly the room well, the door can be pushed open from the top from the outside, Clearly the door has been kicked in and not fixed well, not very well lit outside, when opening the door a person was 6 inchs from me walking down the walk way. room needs to be cleaned better, several different hair types and colors on the bathroom floor and shower, Convenient location and pet friendly however, I would pay the extra 20 bucks next time I'm in the area and get something else.

NillLoved the room very clean and comfortable... I just wish the tv was a bit more centered and that the ac didn't automatically change back to warm so fast .

NillRooms were clean. Daytime front desk clerk is aggressive and has no knowledge of hotel procedures. If you have to ask a question if she does not know the answer her go to is scream and yell. It appears to work though manager hides in the office to avoid her!

NillI’d rate no stars because they have repeatedly refunded us with no explanation whatsoever other than policy. They have let us pay for 8 night refuse to refund for the 8th night saying we didn’t pay for the 8 nights. They have lied to us. 8 different people tell you 8 different things. This is the worst hotel possible to stay at. They change all their policies whenever it’s convenient to them. It has been nothing but a battle staying at this hotel. They force room service. They have taken money out of our pockets. They refuse to give options and charge us when we don’t have the funds to go. They have all our money. Worst hotel. Save money and go elsewhere.

NillThe GM Michael Smith was so kind and helpful when my family needed a place to stay while in town. I would highly recommend this to all of my friends. The rooms were so clean and I was amazed with the staff's courteous manners.

NillI can't say ENOUGH GOOD things about my experience at the Rockford Red Roof Inn, and it’s all thanks to Michael, the phenomenal manager! From the moment you walk in, he greets you with such positivity, it truly makes you feel welcomed as a guest! His friendly and professional demeanor is exactly how every guest wants to be treated, and it makes a world of difference!!!!!!!!! THAT PART! The housekeeping staff deserves a huge shoutout as well – they don’t miss a spot!!!! The rooms smell good, look inviting, & are always sparkling clean, making my stay comfortable and worry-free every time. Checking in and out is always a breeze with bright, warm greetings that make the entire experience so much more enjoyable. Knowing that I’m coming to a positive and clean place always keeps me coming back! Highly recommend staying here!
