NillI booked a room for Feb 20 to 21. I was catching an early flight out of Rockford. When checking in I was given a totally different price than online booking. I used my credit card. When my credit card is charged I was again charged a different amount. My over charge was over $20. From the 2nd charge given. Be advise no phone in room. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired It is impossible to contact someone.

NillFull disclaimer, this is a review from our stay in 10/2023. At least Lokesh was nice and noticed we would be checking in late, he made sure to stay open and keep the doors unlocked for us. He was polite with us. Unfortunately, the rooms were just not stay-able. Here are the reasons why: -no toilet paper -toilet didn’t flush -no trash cans -hair and gunk all over the shower -no chair for the desk (not the biggest deal, but we couldn’t work from home as planned) -safety is questionable, when we got there there were cop cars all over the entrance. Most people staying here are homeless or just people in tough situations. The back courtyard where we stayed looks copy pasted from a prison and pretty much anyone can publicly walk up to your room That being said, we had originally booked for two nights. We checked out early and asked for a refund for the second night, which they told us we would have to ask Expedia for the refund. Called Expedia, who stated it’s actually OYO that processes the refund, and that they will try and open a case with the hotel. Never happened. Expedia got back to us and said they couldn’t get a hold of the hotel. Neither could we to be honest, no matter how many ways we tried. It’s hard to contact this place. Got scammed out of one night but I’m honestly glad we just took the L and got out of there

NillI hate this hotel it had bed bugs and the toilet had poop in it it smelt super bad and people were looking in the window and banging on the door the TV didn't work and no wifi plus I was super board and there was like 4 spiders and I was sick after

NillThis is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. Stayed here july 26th at about 1:30am to about 2am if that before i left. I stopped here for a night passing threw on my way to mall of America. Fist off it just looked like a run down motel. That's fine and all you get what you pay for I get it. But.....ya no. There is no way for anyone to stay here. Let's start with the outside. Very sketchy, in the back half the rooms are condemned and wide open. Courtyard looks condemned. Now let's talk the room. As soon as I walked in smelled like cigarettes that's fine (agin it's expected). Turn on the light and it looks nice I'm like ok. Until I turned all the lights on. Within seconds roaches everywhere. Comming outta every conner of this room. I left immediately. Could not talk to anyone as there was Noone there. (I guess it's one guy he was there when I checked in about 1:30am seemed he was waiting) but as I left he must of went to bed. Needless to say I slept at a truck stop called loves around the conner from there. Next morning at 5:30am I came back to return the keys so I can get the deposit back. That took about 20 mins for someone to even come to the door or even let me in. (Wich when u call takes you to a call center who then transfers you to the guys room) I explained what happend showed photos and was told to contact hopper(third party I went threw) to get my money back. They said they have to go threw them. Denied my refund (idk what they told hopper) so I went to my bank to dispute it and my bank denied my refund. Needless to say do not stay here what's so ever. I've contacted city inspections and all cause that place should be shut down should not be open at all. It's a giant scam to be honest and should not be on any website for booking.
