NillThe room floor and walls were dirty and sticky. Hardly any of the lights worked except the bathroom and lights over the beds. The phone is stained, mattresses & sheets with God knows what. The beds were HARD AS A ROCK. My back still hurts. There's no trash cans. The soap bars are small and thin. Don't use if you have sensitive skin. Someone was arguing next door and banging the wall. Only good thing is that after cranking up the heat to 86 for over an hour or so the room got warm, TV worked and the microwave is huge. You'd think with how expensive that machine in the lobby probably is at check in they could afford to have comfortable beds. I will never stay here again. For the same price you can stay somewhere nicer. This was just a last minute thing for me.

NillI’ve stayed here about 15 times and last night they charged a $50 deposit fee for the first time which is fine most hotels do that normally but they wouldn’t give me the money back because my 2 yr old daughters sippy cup filled with 75% WATER and 25% juice spilled on the comforter and “stained” it. They were incredibly rude and refused to understand that it’s water. Horrible customer service. He also tried to say there was a stain on the other comforter when I brought two blankets of my own to sleep with.

NillStaff/the owner was on point and very accommodating. Bed was comfortable enough. There is nothing special about this hotel, but it's a great place to stay if you're not gonna be there all day. I was just there to sleep and wasn't there through the day. Ended up waking up late, which they were very reasonable about. I will say there is some soap scum in the bathroom, and it does need to be thoroughly cleaned to be a bit more upscale. Price is right for this hotel.

NillI love this hotel. Mary at the front desk is so kind & understanding, & there's another gentleman who is super nice, too. For the price, & not holding extra money for security deposit like the other hotels, it's great. The rooms are clean, the water stays hot, there's no pool or breakfast or anything but that doesn't really matter for our needs. There's always rooms available & they accommodate if you want lower level which is b super important to us. It's not the Ritz, but if you don't have Ritz money, it certainly feels like a home away from home!

NillHotel is right off the bypass, making it easy to get to where you want to go to. I've been staying here for several years and I'm VERY HAPPY here. Zak and his staff are very friendly and happy to address any concerns. They have done alot to update the rooms and grounds. I can sense the pride they have in this hotel. The staff and especially Zak are the reason why I ve been here so long. Zak always has a smile and a cheerful greeting for me. I would recommend the Westen to anyone.

NillWhen I see Zack, he is always checking on his staff and is making sure that the job is done well. He keeps this property spotless and any issue that is brought to him is addressed promptly. What Zack does is a great job, well done!!

NillShereya and Adi receptionist were great at check in. Older hotel, clearly renovating but renovating well. Gem from the past! Looking forward to seeing updates and staying again over the years.
