★★★★★AAAA++++++++………the trip was fantastic as well as the hotel. Definitely will recommend to everyone. All the rooms are suites that go up to the 10th or 11th floor. I will definitely return…….BIG SHOUTOUT and AWESOME customer service goes to Tammy and Byran (hopefully I spelled his name correctly lol). These did an excellent job and I will always remember them at this hotel when I come back.

★★★★★My wife and I recently returned from an 18-hour international flight from Asia and needed to stay overnight near Chicago O’Hare Airport before flying home to Florida the next morning. The Sheraton Suites Chicago O’Hare turned out to be the perfect choice for us. Located just 10 minutes from the airport with a free shuttle service, it was both convenient and accessible.||The hotel itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were happy, energetic, and incredibly friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. I will definitely choose this hotel again for any future stays near O’Hare Airport.

NillEnjoyed a one night stay so that I could attend a training seminar held at the hotel. Check in was seamless and quick. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I was very impressed with the 2-room suite. It was comfortable, clean and spacious. I also ate at the restaurant for dinner and then for breakfast the next day and the food was very good as was the service. Overall was very pleased and would definitely stay there again. Great value.

★★★★★This trip was full of errands/task that had to be completed so I could bring together dancers. Anda at the Front Desk made life perfect. I had multiple reservations and she made it easy by grouping them and removing ALL stress. Best ever. When traveling from far away to do an event, there's so many things you have to do or check at times. So when someone from the front desk adjust things and help you move things around so you can be more time efficient; it's truly a blessing. Things like that make me excited, because I know when I come back to Chicago, I'll be taken care of. Every hotel needs a few Anda's; peace of mind is everything,

★★★★★Checked in on a freezing day with 40-60 mile-an-hour gusts. I have to thank Tammy at the front desk for taking such good care of two "old" folks. She made us feel as if the hotel was delighted to have us staying there. She assisted us with concerns about parking and getting to the airport in a timely fashion. Ask for Tammy if you stay there, she is the best!. Shuttle driver to O'Hare was also terrific.

NillThis hotel exceeded my expectations to say the least. Check in process was a breeze and the room was larger than I thought it would be. Not to mention it’s located just across the street from the airport train network which came in handy the morning of my flight. Definitely worth the stay.

NillI booked this hotel through Booking.com while waiting for my connection flight to Miami via Chicago. Due to AirCanada delays, Toronto Airport issues my flight had to be change from Chicago/Miami to Orlando. I called to cancel my booking about two hours later. They refused to refund anything. Told me to call Booking.com. Booking.com said I need to call the hotel. In the end hours wasted, I am out all the cash and no help from Sheraton or Booking.com. NEVER use Booking.com and Customer service with Sheraton is the absolute worst!!!!! Don't stay at Sheraton Suites.

NillOverall the rooms were top notch. Clean. In good shape. The f&B for the group event was very good. The hotel restaurant breakfast buffet was dismal at best. None of the food being served was at proper serving temperatures. The French toast wasn’t even warm enough to melt butter. When I alerted staff I was asked if I wanted my plate microwaved. (No I want you to serve the food at proper temperatures). The order takers (not servers) were mia. The other person in my party ordered off the menu. Their food took an exceedingly long time for the quality given. 1/2 of it was not edible. No refill in water and we had to ask for the check. On the way to the airport, I asked to break a $20 for tipping money. I was told they had none. (In a hotel this size you have no vs k up banks or $ in the outlet to help? I stayed here because of the group event. I’d probably not recommend or would be likely to stay here again.
