Holiday Inn Chicago O'Hare - Rosemont by IHG

It was easy to catch the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Total ride took about five minutes. Getting back the the airport in the morning was equally easy. Hotel staff were great. Room was clean and fairly modern. Breakfast was decent. Only issues I had were that the fan in my room was a bit noisy and the shower dripped.

The service was amazing. They were accommodating. The lobby and restaurant/bar area was beautiful which made me excited that I had chosen Holiday Inn as my stay during my flight delay. But then I walked in the room to stained carpet, dingy old looking white blanket and sheets and a stained shower curtain with an outdated tub. The neighbors had music playing and were shouting at each other. The walks were so thin, I could hear it well. If I wasn't already so exhausted, I would have did an about face and checked out. The room rate was high and it's close to the airport, fully booked so not sure why money isn't being invested into the rooms to keep them up to date and to match the industry. The beds were comfortable but I just felt icky because of the stains and dingy feel. I had planned on a late check out because I was stuck until that evening due to a flight delay but didn't feel comfy in the room. So I checked out and explored the city instead which turned out great. I don't know if all the Holiday Inns are like this but it made me not want to choose them again during my travels. Again, the staff was amazing though so if you don't mind outdated rooms, then you would be happy with this place. I just feel for the value and the beautiful lobby, that the hotel should invest more into their rooms.

A truly beautiful hotel located a few minutes from the airport and car rental return. Choose between Holiday Inn or Staybridge suites in the same location. I have now stayed at both. Staff are super helpful and assisted me with completing my laundry. Rooms are spacious for an Airport hotel and super clean. Restaurant on site and a shuttle to the airport. Will absolutely stay again

Coming from another state I wasn't sure what to expect. Upon arrival we found a lovely woman at the check in desk who had the nicest smile. We then got our card key and went up to the room but was unable to get in. One of the cleaning staff was on the floor came over and helped us ladies. We enjoyed our stay and would use you again when in town. The restaurant was excellent with great food and drinks. Thank you for allowing us to use your hotel.

I stayed at this hotel while attending the Andrea Bocelli concert and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were updated, clean, and well-maintained. Noise levels were minimal, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay. The front desk staff was both helpful and courteous, providing excellent service throughout my visit. An added convenience was the availability of an airport shuttle. The on-site restaurant is somewhat pricey, but offers a decent selection for those who prefer not to venture out. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay at this establishment again in the future.

We had an overnight stay in Chicago after an international flight. I booked the motel since we are IHG members and the airport shuttle ran every 30 minutes 24 hours a day. The shuttle experience was great and the front desk check in and check out was excellent. Staff members were friendly and efficient. Our room was comfortable and clean. The TV remote was rather confusing, but we basically just needed the room to shower and sleep before catching the shuttle for an early morning flight. We did not get to experience the restaurant dining. We were very impressed with this Holiday Inn and won't hesitate to use it again if the opportunity arises.

I chose this place as a overnight getaway for my birthday. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms are nice and spacious. There's a mini refrigerator and coffeemaker provided. I do recommend that you bring your own personal items; soap, lotion and etc. Luckily we always come prepared. They also have a restaurant and and a coffee shop located in the lobby. Overall, I do wish we could have stayed another day. We will definitely revisit soon!!

The hotel room and other areas were clean and tidy. Reception staff were polite and friendly at check-in/check-out. The Airport shuttle was a very convenient and prompt service. Overall a good stay. Thanks
