NillWe were there to attend an event at the Allstate Arena, which is close by. A couple of us were traveling together, and both rooms were neat and clean. This hotel has some of the best water pressure I've ever had in a hotel. The only downside to the hotel was the TV. In both rooms, it kept losing signal. I always have a HDMI cord when I travel with my laptop, so I hooked that up and was able to watch what we wanted without the picture cutting in and out. We thought maybe it was just 1 tv, but both rooms did it. Otherwise the staff was great and very friendly when you interacted with them and i would stay again if going to another event near there.

NillStay was ok. There was no fridge in the room and the outlets by the bed barely worked. Customer service overall was ok. I was shocked because we asked if we could get some paper plates for eating food in the hotel room and we were denied. Attitude was also given by the workers when asking. Very convenient location though.

NillRooms are clean and the hotel is nice, very simple. Just overall kind of disappointing for a Hilton. Especially one in such a popular location. Woke up to a freeeezing room despite us having it set way warmer, the outlets next to the bed dont work so also woke up to a dead phone. There was no fridge or microwave in the rooms. There was a coffee machine, but I didn't even pay attention to it since the water in front is labeled at $3 a bottle. The worst part though was the $37 parking fee. I get it's the area, but nearly fourty dollars when we're already paying for the room, is just insane. Very money hungry for a hotel with so many flaws

★★★★★Contacted the hotel for information about the shuttle from the airport. The reply gave clear directions, something we appreciated after our flight. Reception was professional, helpful, clear, and our room was very clean and comfortable. We had booked a rate that included breakfast, and had no complaints about the quality or selection on the buffet; we did not take advantage of the "made to order" omelets due to a bit of a time crunch on our part. We'd cheerfully book a room there again if we're transiting through O'Hare again.

NillThe room I had was extremely outdated and bare minimum. There was no mini fridge, no microwave and not even a clock in the room. I had an older TV that had a broken base on it and the room was unable to regulate it's temperature. No matter what degree you choose on the thermostat it never got any cooler. Also very noisy being right next to the airport. Also beware they will ask you for a card for incidentals yet charge your entire hotel stay to that card despite reserving the hotel with a different card. I made a reservation with a company credit card and used my debit card for incidentals and was charged my entire stay on my debit card almost depleting my checking account. Would not recommend or stay again.

NillI am here on the property now as I send this review, I am very unhappy and disappointed with my stay here, I ask for service through out the day and left my room 3x and still haven't had my room clean!!!! And the housekeeper has been on the floor next door cleaning another room!! I told the hskp verbally about my room being clean, and she said ok! And still didn't clean the room , When notifying the front desk at this point, I was very upset I wanted no service no more because I didn't want to leave my room for the 5th time! And also the pool area when we was there hair everywhere on the floor! And no towels! I had to call from my cell to request towels!! Smh! And on top of that, the socket in my bathroom doesn't work! It was my first time at this hotel and my last worst stay ever!! And I am a supervisor at another hotel, so I was very disappointed in their staff!! I asked for trash bags when I was at the front desk, and I still have not received them as I sit here and write this review. It's been an hour now, LBS!! very displeased and never again will I stay here with my family! I have a 5-year-old who was celebrating her birthday as well suppose to have been her stay for 2 days here! Very disappointing 2 days!!!!!!!! I'm not sure if it has anything to do with my race ?!

NillRun don't walk. Booked directly with Hilton reservations. Hotel desk refused to honor the rate and wanted 200$ more. Showed them my confirmation, logged into Hilton honors app and website. Refused to honor the rate because there was no daily breakdown rate on THEIR system. Manager unavailable!.Desk claims to have called her (he would go into another room) but when I asked to speak with her it was no. But "please stay at the new rate and we can discuss in the morning?" Umm no. So I cancelled, but my card was already pending so then I was short 1k for my trip. What a joke and the most horrific customer service I have ever encountered. The ol bait and switch. Filed my complaint, have heard nothing other than my card was refunded. If you are going respond with "please call the hotel" provide a number. You can't get through to anyone. Never ever again will I stay at a Hilton.

NillI stayed there this week in the room #303. Accidentally I forgot a hat (Gucci), i tried to contact the house keeping manager for 3 days but nobody answered, then I went directly to the hotel and nobody gave me answer. Finally a hotel crew member helped me to contact the house keeping manager but they “didn’t found anything”. I’m pretty sure this people stole my hat. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS HOTEL !!
