I’ve had a very comfortable stay. The staff is helpful. Sai has helped me with checking in and anything else I have needed. Very friendly and they clean the rooms very well. The location is close to restaurants and stores. And it’s been quiet. I would definitely stay again.

Didn’t see any roaches. Front desk staff were pleasant. They had some drama with one guest, a couple near my room. Guy was dealing with an overdramatic lady friend who wouldn’t let up, police had to come calm them down. They seem to be renovating their hotel. Rate was just a bit high for the accommodation I feel. Old as heck coffee machine in the lobby didn’t work, they need a new one for sure, wouldn’t drink it if it did work anyway lol.

Clean friendly and definitely hood to the customer. I gave the rooms 4 because of miner things to be fixed, but other than that, that is a great area close to casino and restaurant. Great employees, Henna,Max Sai is always good. to the customers.

For a budget hotel, I am pleasantly surprised by how well-kempt the maintenance and appearance of the rooms are. The location is good; less than 10 minutes for the IN border and 15 minutes from the Chicago City limits by street or highway. Great, competent staff as well; I personally would like to thank Max, Anna, and Siy for always being as fair and equitable.

I understand its a cheap stay , but the first thing we asked is if they had bed bugs and they guy looked us in our face and said no. So , we inspected the room & indeed found bedbugs , crumbs on the bed , blood stains EVERYWHERE on the bed , as well as the pilllows . This place is completely DISGUSTING. 0/10 do not recommend. I booked rooms for me and my family and absolutely couldn’t go to sleep & had to find somewhere else to sleep. This place is trash and ill never do that again.

The person that booked our room is a liar. He said there was good breakfast in the morning. In there isn't no breakfast at all.The bathroom door is broken. It's a low budget economy lodge very low class. I wanted my money back but the guy that booked us the room. Hung up on my husband 3 times very unprofessional.

Would not stay here again. Room was gross. Toilet was broke. No toilet paper holder, a/c didn’t work and a blunt from previous guest was behind the toilet.
