Awful, a large party of us booked for a wedding this past weekend. On the first day, a couple who was 34 weeks pregnant found an infestation of bed bugs. The wife was bitten several times. They were told they received a refund. The next day, my husband and I also found bed bugs. We placed them in a cup and showed the front desk. We were told we were also getting a refund. Today, they took BACK the refund from both couples and deleted the review from the pregnant couple. They also didn't ALLOW the health department in after we reported it. This place is FRAUDULENT. Do not stay!

Booked and paid for room online. When we arrived the receptionist had difficulty understanding English and through her confusion charged my credit card $210+ dollars more than the $160 I paid for the room online. Receptionist accused my son and I of brining in more people to our room as she handed me the key cards, which was quite odd as it was only us and our two dogs. I have never been treated in such a rude and unscrupulous manner by a hotel receptionist. Days later, I noticed that I had been double charged for our stay. $160 and $210. I called the corporate office to report the problem and corporate took care of the additional charge and apologized for management's behavior. I should have went to another motel when I noticed that all the other establishments nearby had many cars in their lots while this Best Western in Urbana, Illinois had only a few. All I can say is that I would not recommend this establishment at this location. The manager needs to rethink who he/she places in charge of the front desk after hours.

This is now my second review of this hotel. My first one was take down! Do not stay here! My 8month pregnant wife and I were in town for a wedding and she woke up at 4 in the morning with bite marks on her face arms and legs! We had friends in close by hotel that we walked over to the night before so at 4 am I said probably mosquito bites . Then 8am comes around and she wakes me up screaming there’s bed bugs! She shows me some crawling on the bed. We go to the front desk and demand a refund for the trip and that we were checking out! They said we can give you the refund for 10/05/24 since we where checking out but for 10/04/24 the night we had already stayed they would have to have a exterminator come find proof of bed bugs. Before we get that night back. So on to now Sunday 10/06/24 another friend of mine who was at The wedding And staying there as well found bedbugs when they woke up. He took a cup from the hotel room, got one the bedbugs went down to the front desk and showed it to them and demanded a refund which they gave him. He which intern called me and told me that he got a full refund. So I called best western and demanded a full refund since he got one and they gave me the same excuses from before about needing an exterminator. I then told them no they need to give me a full refund and they said they would. A couple days pad and I check my discover statement and see a the original charge for the hotel the refund then another charge for the same price of the original hotel ! I called discover and asked to see if it was indeed a separate charge or was it just showing that way! Discover said they saw the original charge the.l on 10/06/2024 then the reversal the same day ! Then later that same day 10/06/2024 another charge from hotel for the original amount! So I have disputed with discover ! This best western is terrible, has terrible customer service , overall the hotel needs to be shut down and remodeled and did I mention they are scam artist and attempting to charge me again after the fact! If you stay here good luck you’d probably be better off in a crack house!

I checked into this Best Western last minute as I was caught in the midst of Tropical Storm Beryl while driving down the Interstate. Upon entering to check vacancy, I was immediately helped and given a room for the night, so the service already was great. Making it to the room, the overall condition was pleasant. The bed was made, new linen, the bathroom amply supplied and working, as well as the room's appliances operating as intended. The breakfast was as expected, and the dining area had a good amount of space. Nothing out of the ordinary with the food itself. However, it seems the franchise operating this hotel keeps the hotel understaffed. In short, not a bad stay.

The best western Plus in Little Rock was great! The hotel looks new and was extremely clean with no carpet, very comfortable beds, and spacious well-appointed rooms. Breakfast was a step above the normal set up as well. Location was nice only a 5-10 min drive to the Riverwalk and Clinton Presidential library & museum.

This place is absolutely outdated. Everything about it sucks. Spiders in the bathroom. The bathroom was tiny as hell. You needed to sign up just to use the pool. The rooms are from 30 years ago. We left after maybe 20 mins of being there and I got charged a cancelation fee even though on their site it says I can cancel before 4. I've been to alot of hotels and this one was the first and only one I cancelled on from being so bad. Time to shut it down and remodel or close your doors.

The bathroom had mold all over ceiling and in corners of room, along with dirt. Chairs had stains, mattress pad had stains, noisy fan. However the bed was comfortable and there was good water pressure. Small area for breakfast and less to choose from than others but did have eggs and touchless pancakes. I expect a Best Western to be clean!

I stayed there for one month so I had the chance to see its full operation. I will try to provide details that I hope future customers will find useful. The room was of a very good size, tidy and clean.Toilet was fine, too, while hotel provides different size of towels and toiletries! I enjoyed a very comfortable huge bed as well as the sofa chair,while the desk is useful for those who want to spend some time for work. Fridge and microwave work perfectly. I had housekeeping every single day and change of seedbeds every 3-4 days. The hotel provides a descent breakfast between 6-9. In my opinion the breakfast time could be extended up to 10 - 10.30 am at weekends! The choice of foods is good enough for someone who stays 2-3 days and includes boiled or scrambled eggs, with sausages or warm sandwiches. Milk and cereals, some choices of donuts and a funny pancake machine! Filter coffee and hot water for tea are provided 24h per day. For me, because I stayed for one month, I would prefer a somehow larger variety in the breakfast. I used 4-5 times the small gym of the hotel and it was “ok” for keeping your body moving, nothing special, but I haven’t seen something much better even at very expensive 5* hotels. I didn’t use the swimming pool, but I saw other customers to enjoy their time there. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Something that I noticed and made my stay very good was that the staff who work there are happy! Please note this is very important for us as customers! When we stay at a hotel or go out for food or just when we have the role of the customer it is so important to meet smiling staff who is happy! Staff in this hotel look happy for their job and they have very good relations one to each other (this is also a credit for the manager who hired these people :)). Overall, even though the hotel is not a luxurious one, I would say that it is 100% value for money hotel. I give a 5*, not because it is the best hotel I have ever been, but because it worths every single dollar I paid for this hotel. Thank you guys for the warm accommodation I had the previous month!
