My room was impeccably clean, and the hotel maintained a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Every time I stay at this location, I am consistently impressed with the quality of my rest, which speaks to the outstanding care and attention to detail that your team consistently demonstrates. I walked in and the employee who followed me to go behind the counter was actually outside smoking when I arrived. In her introduction, she identified herself as the manager. How many hotel managers smoke outside the front doors of their hotels? The "manager" was head-deep in her cell phone after check-in instead of greeting guests beyond a "hi" as they walked by. Nothing personal about it. There was nothing special about the room. A typical room. It is a bit dated, but adequate for sleeping. I would appreciate it if you did not have your employees smoking in front of the main entrance. It is off-putting to some people because of the smell, and it is allergic to others.

Had a good stay, the overall service was great but their housekeeping staff isn’t the best - had to request for towels at the front desk twice along with a bath mat, and they only made my bed one day out of the entire week. Breakfast was tasty! Front desk staff were a little bit slower paced than I am used to but they were very friendly.

Staying at this hotel always feels like coming home. My room was perfectly tailored to my preferences and meticulously clean, providing the comfort and familiarity I cherish. The hotel's peaceful atmosphere made my stay even more enjoyable. I am deeply grateful to the GM and her incredible team for their unwavering commitment to excellence and for consistently going above and beyond. I will always return to this home away from home.

Booked through third party. When we got to hotel, the extremely rude employee couldnt put down her cell phone to tell us "She was going to call us but forgot" and there were no rooms left. We had 4 rooms, 3 had already checked in. So our family had to all move hotels and pay for 2, or we could not all stay together and hang out as planned. Our whole familiy only gets together a couple times a year. As I understand this was not her fault, she was smirking, rolling her eyes, and down right rude and never put down her cell phone one time. She was extremely rude to other guests too. Your honestly better off next door at the Raddison, which is cheaper and the staff is much more polite. Or spend the extra money and go over to the Fairfield inn. This mistake cost me SO much money and honestly, theres a ton of hotels close by you can get better service and a nicer hotel for your money. The girl at the front desk rudely talked over me and said "CALL MY MANAGER MONDAY AS IVE ALREADY SAID" and turned and walked away. I called the manager who said they couldnt refund my money. Staff needs trained. Hotel needs work. Just dont even deal with the mess.

I booked this room four months ago. Upon arrival they couldn't find my reservation anywhere. They went ahead and gave me another room to make sure we were taken care of while they sorted things out. In the mean time the manager called me herself, well after hours, to assure me that I will be taken care of and if there's anything I need to call her on her personal cell phone. Long story short, we got off with a rough start but in the end it was all figured out and all is good. Definitely recommend stay at this place again. They went above and beyond for me and my family that night.

-When I called and booked our rooms for our one night stay I requested 2 connecting rooms, while I know this isn’t guaranteed I was told that it was very certain that since it would be out in the notes and rooms were preassigned we would almost be promised to get one. We didn’t. Which really put difficulty in our stay to begin with. - there were no roll away beds, which I was also told we would be able to have when I called. -our room smelled awful, like rotten eggs and cigarettes. So much that we had to get air fresheners while out for dinner to be able to stand it for the rest of the night. -our heater/air unit didn’t work, we were hot and that made the room smell worse to deal with. - the tv in room 324 didn’t work, there was no cord that connected the TV for cable so I don’t know how it ever worked. -room 326 the shower was freezing cold. The water never got warm. - everything was gone when we came down to breakfast at 9, the cook was just casually in the back just sipping coffee, the front desk helper was just standing at the computer and when asked if stuff was getting replenished she said the cook would be working on it. My husband ended up helping the cook by telling her everything that needed restocked, taking trays back to her, changing out juice containers for juices that were gone, while I looked under cabinets to help get more plates, bowls and cups out. This weekend was a tournament weekend and a big weekend.- I don’t know if it’s normally like this in this town but it seemed the staff was completely unprepared or unwilling to help the amount of guests they had at breakfast time.

Time and time again this hotel continues to exceed hospitality standards. Upon check in front desk greets me with a smile. My rooms are always tailored to my preferences. Cookies are always fresh. Breakfast is always on time. Rooms are always clean. Big thank you to the GM and her staff for making my stay’s nothing short of spectacular. I appreciate you guys!
