My normal place to stay when coming for a quick overnight stop because of it being affordable.|The room was dark and dingy, bathroom needed to be clean, the seal around the toilet needed to be replaced since it was stained yellow. Turned on the heat in the room and it set off the smoke alarm due to it not being used. I informed my family that it was time to try somewhere new the next time because the conditions of the rooms seem to be taking a serious hit in regards to the level of care.||I returned home and noticed 2 days later a odd shaped bug in my bedroom. I hurried to check it out to see what it was and by using google to search for the image I learned it was a bed bug. I was in utter shock to learn I had an unwelcome guest that had hitched a ride home with us. I immediately bagged up our clothing and I am going through the process of making sure to contain any others that may have hitched a ride. So I am washing and drying at high temps and I am waiting for pest control to help make sure this problem does not get out of control. I have a really horrible fear of bugs. I would say to everyone be proactive when you stay in any hotel rooms. To the people of Super 8 do better. I will not return or suggest anyone stay with you.

We stayed 4 days here. The room was very clean and well maintained. The location was convenient. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and readily available if needed. Breakfast included hot eggs and waffles in addition to cereal and toast. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of well-lit parking. We had an excellent stay.

Positive: It was clean and the staff was friendly and breakfast wasn't bad. Negative: Checked in early but didn't try anything in room till came back later. Couldn't get TV to work went to call front desk but phone not attached to line! And had to bend the rod the float of toilet to stop from running! Did get tv to work!

Tried to put us in a room with only one bed. When I went t back to desk they said that that’s what I reserved. I showed them my reservation that was clearly for 2 beds. Later when we went back down to go get some food it sounded like the person checking in was dealing with the same sort of issue… They did resolve my issue but they knew what I had reserved and were hoping I would settle for less without asking. That’s disappointing. If they would have asked on arrival if I would be willing to change then there wouldn’t have been an issue.

Staff was not friendly. AC was off in room so it was extremely hot when I entered. Requested first floor due to an injury. Received 2nd floor with no elevator. Reserved a 2 bed room. Got a single king room. No prepayment required. However staff member informed me that they had tried to run my card already. I informed them that it would be a late check in when I booked so they should not have done so. Area was ok but not great. Very disappointing.

Got a great deal on a king size suite with jacuzzi thought why not never tried one before thought it would be fun for the kids and I. Had to ask the front desk to clean the jacuzzi there were pubic hairs stuck in different areas of drains she cleaned it thought all would be good till we turned on the whirlpool and all kinds of nasty things started coming out the jets and they were weak barely any pressure coming out so we emptied it cleaned it and just used it as a bathtub and that was fun for my kids they watched cartoons and bathe. The room was not very clean found a pair of glasses at the edge of bed and noticed it hadn’t been vacuumed. The outside door was broken so it didn’t feel very safe. At the back door on the ground we’re marks of blood everywhere. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Breakfast was pretty standard. The juice machine for apple and orange was on all night which was very convenient. Most of the lightbulbs in the room were burned out.

Room and hotel are very dated, not very clean, and in need of repair. Had to call the front desk for towels and toilet paper. No garbage can or drinking glasses in the room and I never did figure out the wi-fi or TV.
