NillI cannot say enough about our stay! Natasha, the receptionist was awesome! Friday checking in, she was swamped! She handled all of us quickly, professionally, and made me feel like I was the only one there. Even Saturday and Sunday nights when I needed something she was there and knew me by name and took care of me with a smile. I only can hope next time I am here she is too! Thank you, Natasha, you made a stressful weekend better!!

NillThe most clean hotel and polite staff i have ever seen. Highly recommend to everyone to come here. Also, a very quiet location that has close by shopping and delicious food.

★★★★I stayed here during a business trip. Upon arrival the front desk staff was warm and friendly. I was given bottles of water as part of my status with Marriott. I was given Room 222 which faced the fire pit. The room was good for working with desk and decent sofa area. The flat screen TV was huge and had ability to swivel towards sofa and bed. The bathroom was good sized, with a glass shower door and the bath products (shampoo, conditioner and bath gel) were full-sized. I wish there was similar products for the sink area (body lotion and soap), but just two small soaps.||||The gym was decent (two treads, two ellipticals and bike) along with some strength training equipment. Glad to see wipes to clean off the equipment as well.||||I would stay here again as convenient for work location.

NillI stay at Marriott's quite frequently being a business traveler. It's the only place I stay! The Courtyard Minneapolis St. Paul/Roseville was quite an experience. They have a new concept, seperating the bar area from the morning breakfast area. I really like this. The staff was wonderful as usual, especially Rebecca Dale, Areas Sales Manager for Marriott. She checked and made sure I was satified with my stay and took care of all my needs. Thank you Marriott and thank you Rebecca.

NillIv stayed at several Marriott hotels since I'm a member. My company allways pays for a regular room i upgrade to a suite. On the phone sounded like the usual 1 room 2 bedroom suite. Got there shocked it looked the size of a redroof inn room. I verified I got the same size room. Was told it was biggest they offered. Disappointed went back upstairs to my tiny 1 room suite. Iv stayed at several Marriott in the Minnesota area without a single regret so expecting same experience i was disappointed. Ordered dinner was asked if to deliver to our room, a hour went by and was sitting at bar cold. No call asking if I still wanted it. Next was went to go take a shower no conditioner, no shampoo both empty. Used my daughters stuff so we could go. Pillows hurt my neck. Completely disappointed in this location. We're for same price many offer 10x better experience. 1 thing it seems newer and not outdated. I rather drive by take a pic and post it then revisit. Do they have a pool yes is it nice idk because I stayed up so late waiting for food. Iv done some other reviews of other Marriott hotels I'd recommend in the area which are absolutely beautiful. This one is nice but NO WHERE NEAR AS NICE AS OTHERS. Honestly as a honest reviewers I rather stay at a holiday inn express. My honest thoughts, you can review my other reviews and make your own opnion. I pay the money to get pampered, but I over paid compared to holiday inn that offers me free continental breakfast, paid buffet. Was told at check in that both options available till 10am went down at 930am was told no continental and buffet is done. What, so I'm over charged for a tiny room, get cold food, my room not stocked properly I'm mean really not wisely spent money. Oh the fact there was someone behind the door they let 1 employee work the counter by herself while 7 people in line which included 1 person checked in but had to wait 30 min to get his room key reprogramming. I'm generous with my stars but the hotel can do MUCH better! For a Marriott. Read reviews for the other hotels in believe i posted pics so you can compare apples 🍎 to apples. Last note I never spent more then 150$ for a suite with Marriott. Ill repost with pics how tiny room is. Might as well be a closet.

NillThis location is one of the worse I've ever stayed at and I'm a platinum member. I'm a trucker and was broke down in the area and one of the worse experiences ever woth hotel. Manager singled me out she was very racist she lied told cooperate I was a problem and all type of stuff. Stayed here for 7 days spent over 1000 dollars and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I watched the manager treat older Spanish people with much respect. I was so glad out I was given unfair treatment and I have proof of incidents occurred. Reported this property twice. Please please please do not stay at this hotel especially if u are someone of color or African American. Lady literally told me u have to stay somewhere else. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to my enemy. Regret staying here and I must say this is one of the worse marriott properties I stayed at. Even the cleaning sucked. I have pictures of when I first checked in. Blood stains on bed. Have pictures of used rags in bathroom and all this was upon arrival. Room had to be switched 3 times in 7 days

NillNo Face towels were in the room and the dry off tiles were hard as a rock. It was nets flies in there and they knocked on the door three times before checkout then charge me an additional fee for whatever they could think of $100 turned into 500 when I check my card.. never again.
