NillTo start, I’ve never written a hotel review before, but my experience here was so bad I feel like i need to warn other people. First off, this hotel is in a shared space with a casino, which wasn’t clearly advertised, so as soon as we (my fiance and I) got there at 10:30 pm there were shady characters everywhere - not a good environment for families with children. As soon as we walked into our room, we looked around for about 3 minutes and decided we had to book a different hotel. There was dried vomit on the floor behind the bed, the floor in the rest of the room wasn’t even swept let alone cleaned, and the mattress had stains from different liquids all over. We went down to the front desk and asked for a refund not even 10 minutes after getting there. The guy at the desk agreed to give us a full refund, however it has now been over a week and I have not been received my money back, nor do I expect to, and there’s not much I can do about it other than leave this review. So, I was charged for two nights without even being there, after I was promised my money back. I would highly recommend anyone considering this hotel to avoid it at all costs.

NillCONS: 1. Room has no heat, so a small portable heater is placed in the room for your "convenience". 2. Idk how they get away with this but (as pictured) the Fire Alarm a system is out of service. 3. If you leave your key won't work when you return. 4. There is an HOURLY rate, so that's going on. + Shady characters 5. Large gap under door to allow noise in and out of your room. 6. Outlet on the lamp was broken in my room. 7. I stayed two nights, the second morning neither the shower or sink had ANY hot water. The shower worked great the first day...so idk, but unreliable. PROS: 1. Bed was clean and 2. tv works and allows you to login to streaming services.

★Positive: Nothing Negative: Staff unfriendly when checking in. Air conditioner didn?t. Work. Tv only worked manually. Remote did not work. Unkept room. Mold behind toilet. No cups in the room so we could take a drink of water. Did notice the microwave and fridge were clean.

NillShame on me for not reading the reviews before booking at America's Worst Value Inn in Billings! There is "value" and then there is "OMG, what have I done?" The place is a absolute dive. Broken windows covered in cardboard, trash everywhere, exterior lock boxes broken off the walls, very shady characters lounging around outside... We never even went into the room before turning tail and leaving. We were assured we would get our $50 deposit returned to our card within 24 hours. It has been four days. No return. Save yourself the aggravation. Do not book here!

NillThere is no elevator so if you have heavy luggage your Sol and will have to carry it up the stairs to your room. Also, there was no telephone in the room, and no complimentary breakfast as the advertise. To top it off, although there's a boat for key channels on TV not one of them was worth watching. The floor in the lobby was dirty the carpets did not appear to have been vacuumed in weeks and the room floor which was laminate was still filthy. Definitely not worth the money. Spend a few extra dollars and go somewhere else.

★★★★★Positive: It was the cheapest option available when we were needing a place to stop for the night. Negative: For the amount of money that this hotel cost--- I was EXTREMELY disappointed. It had no microwave, no coffee pot, no mini fridge, no chair and we only had 3 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. Too pricey for what we got.
