Riversage Billings Inn

Nice clean room. Sheets were a little firm like cheaper. They use a flat sheet on the mattress, so it comes untucked when you pull the bedding back. Friendly staff. We asked for a roll away bed and it was in the room waiting by the time we parked the car and grabbed our bags. Basic breakfast. Right near the hospital.

We had a king bed room, the bed was firm and comfy. Not much selection on the TV. The air conditioner was not working so we slept hot. The biggest irk was no one was at the counter when we arrived, so we were locked out of the lobby for about 10 minutes while we waited outside for a staff member to get off her break (after our 13 hour drive). The location is across from the hospital, so if you have a loved one in the hospital, the location is ideal. $160 a night seemed pricey for this, but I guess that's what we should expect in this economy.

This was a quick stay for an early flight. Located really close to the airport and next door to the hospital. Rooms were lovely. Was out the door before the 6am breakfast, so can't comment on that.

It's a nice place if you have a surgery next day. The heater is been making noise all night. Be prepared to bring earplugs.

The room wasn't ready, Had issues checking nag in for our business trip. The rooms are good just not great.

Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Just know that you can't get into the hotel without a room key, so you will have to knock on the door and wait for someone to come open it initially (usually there is a person at the front desk at all times that helps with it). Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was very good.

A bad experience overall. The first room we went into had a plugged toilet when we arrived which was unfortunate and gross and when we called about it to the front desk, we were given a plunger to deal with it ourselves. When we switched rooms, the second room was adequate. The reason we came to the hotel was to go to a concert which was unfortunately cancelled. We checked out two days early and when I checked out, I was told that we would receive one day of refund but that she (the staff) would co-ordinate the refund to make sure that the hotel would still get paid for the other nights. I was fine with that as I wanted the hotel to get its fair share. However, I have not received a refund, my messages to the hotel have gone unread, and I am still out an additional $4 from the pre-authorization taken at the check-in. I am quite unimpressed.

The best part of this hotel was the service. They helped us make special parking arrangements for our oversized vehicle and were just overall very friendly. The rooms are average but do feature various streaming services on the TV that you can login to access. There is a gym but it is quite small. The breakfast was nice to have but nothing too special. There isn’t much around the hotel unless you are using the nearby medical clinic. All in all, not a bad budget option in Billings considering how much hotel prices have gone up recently.
