Kelly Inn

This was a great value! Booked directly, got a great price. Check in was easy, desk folks were very pleasant. Room was huge, very clean (even though its was a pet friendly room) and quiet. Breakfast was typical, but very good…diced potatoes and even biscuits and gravy that were delicious. Kudos to the entire staff for providing a great nights stay.

The staff here is very helpful and friendly. I had no problems with the service. Front desk lady’s and gentleman were so sweet! However, the quality of the rooms was not great. Don’t allow the Pictures on their website to fool you. Hair in every corner of the rooms/ bathrooms and full of pet dander. This was extremely unsanitary and gross. Bathroom fan didn’t work, no silverware/ cups or plates however plenty of empty cabinet storage. Breakfast was a joke. We did not use pool. Will not be returning.

It has been a few years since we stayed here and the Kelly Inn was as we remembered, nice, nothing overly fancy yet everything worked. We were traveling with a dog, so having a first floor room with an exterior and interior door is great. There is ample space for walking dogs. Restaurants are not far away by car or easy enough to walk to Cracker Barrel. Staff were friendly. Checking in and out was easy. Their breakfast selection was standard fare, which works for us.

Great staff, clean rooms. Enjoyed the stay with pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good. Busy and the kept breakfast stocked. Even for late sleepers. Cleaning staff is amazing and were very helpful. Would stay again.

I have been stranded in Billings for almost a week for truck repairs. This place has been my saving grace!! I've never had a more accommodating experience with such a group of friendly people. They have gone above and beyond to make my situation as comfortable as possible for myself and my four-legged best friend! Truly felt like I was home and visiting with family. If you find yourself in need of more than a warm bed for the night, please give these people your patronage. You will be grateful you did! Pets do stay free, and there is plenty of walking area and waste bags provided. C-store next door for odd and ends. Honestly, they deserve more stars. Thanks again!

Great stay ! Pets for free was a huge plus. If your pets have an accident you pay the cleaning fee; it’s great to be treated responsibility as a pet owner lol. The rooms were spacious, the staff very nice and helpful. I liked having an internal and external door for departures. Great price as well. I have already recommended this place to a few people.

Stayed here because of AAA review and needing a room last minute on a long drive. Very nice hotel with a huge double queen bed room. Bathroom clean and stocked. Great early breakfast with lots of options. Would love to see fresh local bakery items though. Floors were clean and dog friendly! Close to many good restaurants. Would definitely stay here again

After my 19 year old son had been stuck in the Denver airport for two full days his flight was rerouted 1.5 hours from home. It was late at night, the weather was terrible so I decided to get him a room so he could get a few hours of sleep before he had to drive back to school early the next morning. I secured a room at the Kelly Inn and when my son arrived, he was turned away because they don’t rent rooms to anyone under the age of 21. After I spoke to the very rude night manager and explained the situation she still turned him away. We immediately called the Comfort Inn down the road and they were more than kind and accommodating. I understand hotel policy. I do not understand loud, rude people yelling at a very respectful 19 year young man and his mother…yelling loud enough that I had to hold the phone away from my ear. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
