C'mon Inn Hotel of Billings, Montana

Best hotel ever!!!!!! Nice staff, clean and COZY!!! Good price too! Many options for hot tubs! Our boys loved to watch the fish and loved the warm kiddy pool! The place stays clean and is a family friendly hotel to stay at. The breakfast is better than most hotels! Our bed was also very comfy. 10/10

Honestly zero complaints. Very fair prices and rooms are fine. The whole main floor pool area is so unique and fun - people are always hanging out in the pool and at the tables at all hours of the day. Breakfast has a very large selection. Staff always attentive and helpful with any small hiccups we had.

Well I want to give 5 stars but I can't. This location has terrible management. I came down the stairs and fell due to slippery floors and there being no sign in sight at the bottom of the stairs. Another guy even told me he slipped after seeing me do it. I complained to the desk and they took my room number but I haven't heard anything. I may have broken my toe and also injured my back. I'm already a disabled person now it's worse. Later that night I witnessed someone getting dressed in the game room and called it in. Nothing happened. Nobody has called me or anything. Id like to see management own up and call me. But apparently not.

Unfortunately, I can't give this hotel any better than a 2 or 2.5. We were making our way back home after a vacation trip to Yellowstone and driving 6.5 hours and reviewing the 4.5 ratings, which is why we thought this hotel would be a good hotel for a break in driving to our next break point. The location is good, the check in staff was very friendly and accommodating, but all you can smell is chlorine, a huge no for an asthmatic like me. We used an allergen machine in the room to help offset the fumes but even on high, the fumes are overwhelming. We had hoped it was just in the lobby but that is all you could smell in our room and it was just like opening a bleach bottle. The 1st room, the hp unit never adjusted to cool, and someone was smoking weed in the parking lot and the whole area our 1st room was on smelled of chlorine and weed. The gentleman at the front desk was so kind to us and moved us to a 2nd room in the other side of the hotel. The room temp was cooler only because someone had left the temp already turned down. The temp didn't move the rest of the night. The bathroom had some black hair on the floor and the bottom of the tub is stained, but that is due to age and the need for an update. The fridge was frosted over so no operation there without making it worse. The bed was clean and comfortable and the room boasted a huge TV and the room itself was quite spacious. It was easy to go for food at this location. Overall I think more concern in updating the hp units, and the rooms themselves and less funding for the chlorine for the hot tub would be welcomed. Based on this, I can't recommend this location if you have asthma, breathing problems or allergies.

No hot water in shower can piss warmer water hit tubs dirty maintenance man does nothing but stand around |Last day we stayed no hot breakfast or utensils for cold breakfast two staff members behind desk not doing anything to help used to be a pretty good place to stay obviously manager is not doing their job typical but they have no problem charging $160 a night

This has been one of our favorite places to stay while in Billings, Unfortunately this time wasn't as great. The water was lukewarm in the shower and there was no hot breakfast.

Great hotel right off highway. Obviously the best part is all the hot tubs. Nice to relax after alot of driving. Breakfast is good. Would stay again.

Really nice hotel. Pool, kid pool and hot tub in an enclosed area 4 hotels in the main atrium. Very nice waterfall and pond setup
