SureStay Plus by Best Western Billings

Perfect location for good rest along a road trip vacation. Location was clean and decorated with plush leather couches for resting and relaxing. The complimentary breakfast was what you would expect for a value hotel such as this one. Dining area was clean and the options for food was good and looked appealing. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious. Plenty of parking on the hotel grounds and spacious for even larger vehicles like RVs. The hotel is conveniently located near a few eateries. We walked across the street for local recommended pizza. Overall pleased with our stay.

Manager has an attitude problem called about a charge on account front desk lied said manager wasn’t in then all of a sudden she transferred me back to her. Told the manager I was charged two nights which was correct but another night is pending she kept telling me no I told her yes it is out of my account want it releases asap I know how it works I worked for a best western and a credit union before she got mad and hung up on me. Called corporate want it fixed will never stay there again. Watch your bank accounts. Customer service needs some work. Hotel parking is terrible only thing good is rooms spacious and breakfast isn’t to bad not a lot of selection but better than some. Won’t stay there again that is for sure

This was our third stay in two months and I was completely disgusted this time. First, the website states only the hot tub was closed, but when we got there the entire pool was closed. Not fun for our littles. Then our room had trash and open safety pins on the floor. Did they even clean it?!? And then for who knows why, Maintenance decides to clean the hallway carpets at 1030 pm!!!! Wtf!!! It was the worst experience and we will not stay at this hotel again!

We stayed for about two weeks and it was great! Loved having laundry available right down stairs, great food close by, right down the road from Walmart and a bunch of local eats! The staff was also very great during our stay! Nicole at the front desk was very kind and welcoming! 10/10 ⭐️

Our road trip ended up being a bit of a disaster and we missed the first night of our reservation - I had to call 3 times to update and make sure we would still have our reservation and every time I called the staff was pleasant and helpful. Check in was easy and painless. The rooms were clean and seemed to be recently renovated. The location was easy to find though it's not the prettiest area it was conveniently located to food and stores and seemed safe enough. The parking lot was well lit and accessible.

Front desk was very helpful especially finding an Uber to airport. Our room was great and very clean. Coffee was excellent and breakfast was very good. We took advantage of hot tub, days of traveling took its toll. Will definitely stay here again....was very welcoming.

We stayed here one night and were extremely happy. Hotel is clean and modern. They informed us all rooms were updated. Looks like they still have some finish work to do in the hallways but they didn't affect us or our room. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Would stay again.

Location was great, but this hotel did not meet the standards we expected and what it seemed to present in our research online. Staff was kind, but the hotel was pretty rundown. Everything worked fine, but I had to set my OCD aside and not make a big deal, because it's the holidays! Oh and rhe blankets were soft. That was a win. Pics just show some areas that room for improvement.
