Hilton Garden Inn Billings

I'm a Hilton guy, so I'm biased...Everything is Great! The price is a little high per night, but you get what you pay for. The only downside w/Garden Inns is that breakfast in not included, but if your a member you have a dining credit, then just pay differnce/tip to server. Also, a convenient walk to Old Chicago Restaurant. I'll definitely be back.

Room service is provided via a QR code, but wasn't functioning. This meant we couldn't order room service. Also, no continental breakfast is a little disappointing, but we knew that when we booked. The pool is nice, and the workout room was good as well.

Booked a bedroom with one king bed. 10 minutes later walked in the hotel to check in and they gave me 2 queen beds. Wouldn’t offer a discount or show a care in the world.

We are Hilton Honors Diamond Members and stay in Hiltons all over the world. This is the first time in the US we have had a poor experience and second time in the entire world that we have stayed in a Hilton hotel and had this issue. We have appreciated more Hilton's allowing pets but this hotel was trying to charge us $100 for 1 night for a pet fee despite the website saying $50 per night max 2 pets. It did not saying per pet per 1-4 nights. We were told to come speak to a manager in the morning. When we got to our room the floor was not clean. One of our dogs quickly found a half eaten cough candy on the floor by the bed then we found dried hardened candy, which looked like it had been there for a while, pumpkin seeds and some other chunk of food on the floor. My husband went to speak with the assistant manager in the morning as the General manager was off. I walked by not acknowledging my husband or indicating I was with him and witnessed the assistant manager come out and asked the front desk who wanted to speak to her and she had a snobby tone and disgusted look on her face. My husband shared his concerns and she was argumentative and never apologized after he explained the condition of the room. She did eventually agree to take off the pet fee. But she truly did not seem to be kind or friendly. The front desk staff all handled the pet situation when we asked about the double charge very well. This manager either was having the worst day of her life or she truly needs more training in customer service. We drive through Billings often and will never stay here again. If they can't clean the floors in the rooms but charge pet owners $50 a pet, we will stay elsewhere even if that means a hotel outside the Hilton family.

We love staying at Hilton Hotels. Our company has been having Christmas party here for the past 2 years and another one coming. We love everything. They have excellent cook and staff serving us for our dinner party. Alexis and the staff that have helped us has been amazing.

Positive: The motel was clean and the staff was friendly. Negative: The motel is over priced for what it is. Breakfast is $16 per person and the room was almost double what you would pay somewhere else.

The room was fine but about 8:00 at night. My husband went to get food and I was in the room by myself and one of the maids came in. Scared the heck out of me

This Hilton went above and beyond for me when I was in a pickle. Left an important phone in my room and they were proactive in assisting. Customer service is dying, but not here. I had nothing but friendly experiences, and a nice quiet stay in my room. Thank you so much for a great first stay in Montana.
