This hotel was incredibly welcoming and provided a truly comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and the addition of a fireplace created a warm and cozy atmosphere, making it feel like a true home away from home. I also enjoyed the fireplaces located throughout the property. I want to give a special shout-out to Alisha. She’s the reason for the 5-star review! Her personable approach and amazing customer service made me feel incredibly welcome and ensured I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you, Alisha! I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

My family n I stayed here a year maybe two years ago they were remolding rooms. We were super excited to stay this year at the residence with remolded rooms. The room were beautiful, comfy beds and even comfy pullout bed when does that ever happen. The rooms were clean n cozy. Loved the windows open. Breakfast was a nice spread even turkey sausage which I loved. Nice eggs, pastry and the oatmeal toppings so many yummy topping. I could not believe it. Coffee was so good, I loved the flavored water. My family n I loved sitting by the fire pit, they have an awesome gym so but very very nice. The front desk was friendly, helpful with big smiles. We just loved talking to Aisha in evening.

This needs to be said because Marriott filters reviews to make themselves look better, and I'll get right to the point. Hotel fails to inform you prior to your stay, or even at check in, that they do "Wellness Checks" and they enter your room without permission regardless of whether or not you have the "do not disturb" sign. THEY WILL ENTER YOUR ROOM WITHOUT PROBABLE CAUSE. Which is a direct violation of your 4th amendment rights. Which correlates with everyone else's review that states the hotel staff stealing or entering rooms without permission. They are literally committing federal crimes. On top of that, all of the front doors have a massive gap and no eye hole cover, anyone can just peep inside whenever they want! This hotel is wrong in many ways and needs to be shut down!

Prev employee before IMM came into town. As HSKP manager there, my team and I made sure our deep cleans were done too to bottom, changing every piece of linen no matter what. Cleaning grout, and changing sleeper sofa sheets etc. a deep cleans through us was done as a deep clean. Now, the new HSKP manager says to do deep cleans as check outs. Grout doesn’t matter and neither do encasements. With her standards of clean I do not foresee myself recommending this hotel. It went from great managers to managers being bought out and drop their team on their butts.

I have stayed there a couple times. It is convenient with good service. Nothing on the luxurious side which I don't care about.

I love staying here. Only problem is the pool is so cold it's unusable. Please turn it up a couple degrees so it can be enjoyed.

We went on a Montana vacation again! What a blast. This was one of our many stops in Montana and the hotel was very nice. Very good customer service on the check in and the check out. The room was clean and we had a comfortable stay. The room was quiet. The beds were nice. The price point was average for a nice hotel. We would stay here again!
