Hampton Inn Great Falls

Nicely renovated. Very clean. Great check in. Nice staff. Located near good range of restaurants. Only wish it was an easier trip to downtown and museums, but great overall.

I work and travel a lot, and nearly every time my comes with me. I took note of this Hampton because they were very friendly with my dog. Didn't overcharge me, and gave him a little bag of goodies which was really cute. I'd definitely love to come back.

Best part of stay is excellent breakfast with great service in the breakfast area. Rooms do not have microwaves which is an inconvenience although you can go to the lobby to use a microwave. Its location is nice close to a shopping center with a grocery store and several restaurants.

Only reason for a 4 for the room is because people above was stomping away sometimes and it was loud downstairs (second floor). Otherwise perfect stop over place for our road trip. Check-in was a breeze with super friendly service. Room was nice and spacious and smelt new/clean. Showers were pristine and well kept. Beds were comfortable and we managed to get some sleep when the stomping above us reduced. Room comes with a bar fridge/freezer (tiny freezer that was packed with ice, but we didn't need it). No microwave, but you can go to lobby and use if you needed. Breakfast was the standard fair, but just what you need, and if that's not good for you, then you can walk to the McDonalds down the road.

AC busted. 77 degrees F all night. Mentioned it to the clerk. No discount. No refund. Worst night of sleep ever. I paid a “little extra” for a good night of sleep. They really shouldn’t rent the room if the AC is broken.

Really nice property!! Again our room was spacious and very clean! Both pool and hot tub very clean-parents need to pay attention to their children when traveling- very annoying family in pool area but that’s not the fault of the hotel! For the most part staff was very nice especially Richard who I chatted with at check out about the fact that rooms do not have microwaves!!!! Never in all our years traveling have we ever stayed at a Hampton that did not have a microwave and as late night diners we depend on having one but this place was so nice and in such a great location I still have to give it a 4 star rating!! Would recommend but the lack of a microwave may be a deal breaker for some travelers- had we known we would have just stayed at the Hilton garden inn but if you don’t mind not having one this is a great great property for you!!

This hotel needs a reno. Only one elevator (other was down, maybe permanently?) and rooms need help. Our window whistled from the wind all night. We tried to fix and it was 11:00pm, too late for a room change. ||Front desk staff did not smile, welcome anyone or offer water. Breakfast/maintenance staff were very friendly.||Location is good for food and shopping.

I worked here for two weeks and ended up quitting because of a horrible toxic work environment. The manager was incredibly aggressive and had terrible communication, the two older ladies I worked with were nice at first but within the third or fourth day I could tell something was totally off and different. When I was hired I was told I would be the main guy running the thing but they started cutting off more and more of my hours without any communication why and the manager was barely even around and when she was she was rude and stand offish. I asked her one day why my hours kept getting cut and she flat out said “the other ladies DONT like you, and they have nothing good to say about you” which was completely blindsiding and ridiculous since they barely even knew me and I could tell after a couple days their whole attitude changed towards me. So after she told me why my hours were cut I quit that day because the communication was terrible and I wouldn’t be disrespected like this and for apparently no reason other than they didn’t like me. Absolutely a click and not one worth getting into or even use to, horrible bitter experience from working there. If you respect yourself don’t take a job here, they will walk all over you and be rude as hell about it.
