NillHad to book a last minute stay as we altered our travel plans the morning of. Lucky the hotel had rooms available and even accommodated our two dogs traveling with us. Concierge even moved our room to avoid the train that passes by so we can get some rest on our cross country trip. To top it off, the breakfast the following morning was amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone in the area.

NillI recently stayed at SpringHill Suites in Great Falls and had a fantastic experience! The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find, making check-in a breeze. Upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the entire facility—it truly deserves a five-star rating in that department. Everything from the lobby to my room was spotless and well-maintained. The staff at SpringHill Suites were exceptional. They were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests I had. Their professionalism and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. The spacious rooms were a highlight, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. I loved the well-thought-out amenities that made my stay feel like a home away from home. NillThis hotel is beautiful and in a very convenient part of the city. Very clean, very friendly people, and lots of free parking. My only negative was that the suites/rooms that overlook the river are very loud with trains coming through in the middle of the night. It completely surprised me. I feel that they staff should warn you of this when you book the suites overlooking the river. I do not know if the rest of the room guests can hear the train or not.

★★★★★Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Springhill Suites is very modern in layout and function. There was little noise, so sleep was good. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine, but there were so many guests trying to eat at the same time that it was somewhat difficult for the staff to keep up with refills. Needless to say, they did a superb job with a smile.

★★★★Great customer service and comfortable rooms! The only reason for the 4 vs 5 star is the proximity to the train tracks and the train that often comes through after midnight blowing its whistle enough times to wake you up! Unfortunately the hotel can’t control the train schedule although if you have a hard time falling back asleep, be sure to request a room in the opposite side of the hotel to avoid the “train wake up call” in the middle of the night. Other than the train the service is amazing, well maintained and managed hotel!

NillI stay here frequently for work. The staff are amazing! Super friendly and go out of their way to help your stay be as comfortable as possible. I love the views and beautiful decor and am grateful for a good complimentary breakfast every morning.

NillHad to cancel booking weeks in advance due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control which was unsetting and Springhill Suites directly refused to refund our room which is a cost we could not afford coming from another country. Very disappointing and upsetting, especially when the room will be rebooked. Replied to first email that they won't refund and then ghosted us.

NillI will start with the thank you’s to the following staff: Molly, Ashley, Trinity, Sharee, and Scott. My Mom and I drove down from Alberta Canada to stay at this location, which is a regular location for my travels. We used this location as our jumping off point for a 10 day summer vacation through the USA. The staff allowed us to keep my truck in the parking lot until we flew back from Palm Springs, because the local rental company didn’t have space for my truck in a secure location. This review is for how thankful I am for your service and dedication to your patrons. I’ve been a member of Marriott for several years now and always feel at home with their properties, but especially the Great Falls location. The staff are second to none, and this gesture was a testament to that. Thank you again. I’ve added a few pictures from our road trip for good measure and fun, enjoy. Big shout out to Sheri! Thank you for showing that I can tip the staff with my phone and the hotel QR code 😎
