Nice looking hotel and the location is great! If I was to stay here again I would definitely ask to not be across the hall from the pool. It’s open until 11pm and there is a glass door to the pool area… which does not buffer or absorb the noise. Kids/families having a fun time (as they should) swimming and yelling… but the sound travels to the rooms. Makes it hard to get to sleep with all the noise. Then while getting ready for bed I noticed ants in the entry and bathroom. I had gotten a welcome text from a Hilton person earlier in the evening, and I replied and expressed my concerns but no response. It was after 10 and at that point I wanted to sleep. I had killed 6 or 7 ants that night, and another 4 or 5 in the morning. I let the front desk person know before leaving. She was very nice and offered to change rooms but at that point I’m leaving. The room/hotel was otherwise clean and nice. Maybe it was just an unlucky room/stay, but for the price I was really disappointed.

Approached the front desk, one guy was with a customer and the other guy acted like "oh no, I have to say something". I had already checked in online and had my electronic key but thought I would say hi. The whole concept of checking in online and getting an electronic key is great but most people at front desks still say hi to you when you walk in and acknowledge your gold status. Not here. This guy wasn't planning to do that. He didn't even tell me where the elevators were located. They did a nice job with the renovations and the food was pretty good for breakfast. But, one week after I checked out, I'm still waiting for my $20 credit from this hotel as a gold status member. Other Garden Inns give me a credit on the day I checked out. Not this one. Also, the TV in the breakfast room was stuck on CNN, one of the lowest rating "news" networks out there. Other hotels put the weather channel on or a channel where you can actually learn something. This tells you all you need to know about the people who run this hotel. Beautiful hotel but the service is not up to standard unfortunately.

Nice, clean, newly renovated hotel convenient to the airport. Comfy and spacious rooms. Grocery store is a 5 minute walk and it's open til midnight.

Conveniently off the highway. Nice newly renovated rooms. The restaurant could have more variety but there are restaurants near by and a short drive away. The man at the front was super nice and made the visit great. The cold and hot buffet breakfast was affordable and the items served were inline in the price.

I would strongly recommend a different hotel if you plan to stay in Great Falls in the near future. The room was nice - no complaints there. The frustrations include the noisy, dirty renovations and lackluster accommodations. For instance, I had purchased my stay to include the bed & breakfast rate. Instead of receiving a waiver/voucher to give the breakfast staff each morning (as I have experienced at other locations of the same hotel chain), I was charged continuously. Had I not ensured each charge was removed, I would have paid $8.95 for the cold bar every morning. I was first told the computer system was down as the reason for this procedure, which I didn’t quite understand. The breakfast staff were lovely and doing as instructed, but the outcome was disappointing and unnecessarily complicated, in my opinion. I was later informed this is a decision made my management/ownership, and not a computer issue at all. The $8.95 charges were to be “credited” to me, but should have never been charged in the first place. The rate was ridiculous enough ($1,500 for 6 nights). However, as it turns out, they didn’t actually credit all of the $8.95 charges to me by the time I had checked out. I had to call and get the remaining charges removed, which took several attempts and calls to accomplish. Additionally, I’ve learned from other reviews this hotel appears to undergo frequent renovations, like the one happening during my stay. One night the drilling went on until nearly 10pm! The elevator buttons and walls were covered with dust and debris from the construction. The laundry room has also become a dumping ground for old equipment and an ice machine to be stored in the middle of the room. For such a large hotel, I was surprised to find only one washer and dryer as well. Essentially, my experiences at other Hilton Garden Inn’s have been vastly different. It is disappointing as a customer and Hilton Gold member. I will not be returning.

Nice, newer hotel with nice amenities and clean rooms. However, it got very hot and stuffy during the night and the air conditioning would not kick on. I was told by the front desk that’s the way it is and nothing could be done about it. My primary purpose at a hotel is to get a good nights rest - which was not possible here with no air-conditioning A lot of renovation going on and possibly that’s why the air conditioning wouldn’t work. Spending several days in Great Falls, but moving to another hotel as this one would not guarantee that any room would have working air-conditioning.

First time staying here and I was very pleased. The rooms were clean, nice comfy king bed, and a very clean downstairs. Would stay there again if I go back to the area.
