Heritage Inn

Our family has loved the Heritage Inn years. This was a return visit after MANY years and it was excellent. We had a poolside ground floor room and enjoyed morning coffee out in front of our room. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean with a microwave, mini fridge and good coffee to make. The dry sauna felt great!|*Unfortunately the hot tub was not open so the next time I will confirm it’s open when booking. ||Loved the breakfast that comes with the room. The coffee shop makes great lattes!||All in all I continue to recommend The Heritage Inn as it was great to see it has kept up its quality over all these years. Kudos to the very helpful and friendly staff at the front desk.

No hot tub. Continental breakfast was good, I do not remember that the last time we stayed. Building and rooms a little worn down. Had real problems getting the door card to open the door. We asked for rekeyed cards but same thing happened. Used a cleaner card the front desk provided but it made no difference. Every employee we saw was extremely friendly.

Very accomodating and a clean room. It was great to have laminite flooring instead of carpet. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Great Falls. Had my 2 dogs along so it was nice to bring them inside. The staff was professional and friendly.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Courteous and friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast food was decent - good, basic choices, though I always am disappointed by styrofoam plates and plastic tableware. Seems very tacky. |Not super important to everyone, but some of the equipment in the fitness room was broken, but most was in good condition and the fitness room itself was clean.

The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, hot tub wasn't working, but maintenance is necessary. Sauna worked as a close second. Praise the Lord for the hot tub not working, after the sauna our doors card reader needed new batteries, would've been unpleasant standing outside our room waiting for maintenance soaking wet 🙂

I went here for a school trip, and had a very bad experience. First off, the rooms were disgusting when we first got there and the shower drain didn’t work very well. Our team was gone for maybe an hour at most and when we returned our stuff was ransacked and certain items were stolen. The hotel had no security camera whatsoever. To add to that, the staff didn’t even seem to care. Over a $1,000 worth of stuff all together was taken and we ended up switching hotels. Our team does NOT recommend staying at this hotel.

My room was very clean. Food was very tasty. Service was Great. I was at Heritage Inn, Great Falls, MT at a special event with family to honor my late husband's legacy. It was a beautiful event! 💖 The Heritage Inn was very accommodating. The staff was very helpful.

The breakfast was AMAZING, would stay there again jsut for that!! The facilities are great and room was beautiful. Very clean, will definitely stay there again. |Bathroom was very tiny and our room keys were very unreliable, they didn't always work.
