Yellowstone Park Hotel

A fantastic place to stay if you're visiting Yellowstone! The hotel offers everything you could want: clean and comfortable rooms, lovely breakfast, tea and coffee all day, ice creams in the late afternoon, local advice and access to bikes, bear spray and other amenities. The location is less than a mile to the park entrance and there are numerous cafes, bars and restaurants for lunch and dinner, as well as shops for souvenirs and gas stations to fill up your car after a day in the park. It was our favourite hotel on our recent US trip round the Rockies.

Even though the price is a bit high, this hotel is really great. Starting off, the breakfast was delicious. Pool area was clean and I loved the hot tub in the cold weather. Room was so spacious and the shower nice and hot. Very comfortable bed and the location is great too. Next time I’m visiting Yellowstone, I will definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean, our bed and pillows were comfortable. No noise in the middle of the night. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok for what it was. It was nice they offered smores and had fudge pops. The coffee and tea all day was very nice!

This was our 6th hotel and the best so far. Although the bar is set low! I really appreciate the “choose a greener stay” option. However I’m struggling to understand who benefits from guests not having their room serviced daily and suggesting guests only have a 5 minute shower, with a timer on the bathroom mirror to assist them. Is it the environment or the owners of hotel? Surely the environment would be better served if they did not use disposable everything at breakfast. Piles of plates, cups and cutlery going in the trash, much of it to land fill. I think this is a policy the management needs to rethink.

Good location. 3 minutes drive to the west entrance of the park. Close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Super nice staff. Room is clean. Beds are comfy. Kids love S'more. We love hottub and swimming pool. Hot breakfast has some variety to choose from. We got free reusable water bottles which are very useful for the rest of time we spent inside the park. We had great time.

Really nice hotel! Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the west entrance of Yellowstone. Front desk was super helpful and efficient. Knowledgeable about the area. Explained at check in that housekeeping was by request, but we could get towels etc anytime from the front desk. Room was clean and well appointed. Hotel has indoor pool and jacuzzi. Complimentary continental breakfast, ice cream social and s'more kits. The smores can be made right outside at the fire pit. Guests are also able to use the fire pits and hammocks at the hotel/property across the street. Bicycles are also available. I cannot share enough how helpful and kind the staff were. If we ever make it back to Yellowstone this will be our hotel of choice.

Great hotel! Our kids LOVED the free arcade. We loved to room (comfy beds, clean room, good internet speed, awesome water pressure). Coffee and tea 24/7 plus good breakfast every day. Close proximity to park and free laundry. Friendly staff :) We stayed at other hotels in the area but this is the one to which we will be returning!

I wish all hotels had rooms like the one we had here. We are two women traveling together who would prefer our own rooms but end up sharing to cut down our costs. This hotel gave us a room that had two separate comfy beds, a queen in another room with a door and a king in the main room. It was perfect for us. Also, it would be perfect for a family of 4 with young children. You could put two young ones in the room with a closed door and enjoy some quiet adult time in the main room. The price is right for this type of accomodation. Also, this hotel is within walking distance to many good restaurants and shopping and it is right near the park entrance.
