Loved the cabin, the setting and the location. Housekeeping staff seemed very nice and did a great job. The front desk staff was the week point, the guy we delt with at check in seemed completely indifferent, not rude but very close. The day before checkout we called the front desk asking to extend our stay another day, it was like we were inconveniencing him. He gave some excuse that we booked through a third party so it was a hassle to add another night, I think he was just lazy. How hard is it to create a new booking for an additional day? We ended up booking at the Holiday in down the street which was very nice and the front desk staff was night and day better, extremely friendly and helpful.

Beautiful cabins, especially in the wintertime. There is a small kitchen in every cabin and a very warm fireplace that has no trouble heating up the place. They come with complimentary spiced apple cider and hot chocolate mix, and the kitchen is stocked with dishes, cutlery, and some pots and pans if you decide to eat in for the night or make breakfast yourself. There is also a small dishwasher for convenience. The beds are comfy and clean, the bathroom has amazing water pressure and hot water, and there is a lot to do in West Yellowstone. My only complaint is that it is hard to cast or connect any electronic device to the TVs to watch a movie or play videos.

Great place to stay while touring Yellowstone. The cabin was clean and full of amenities. The mini kitchen allowed us to prepare lunches for the day and cook breakfast and dinner. Coffee was supplied for the drip maker and was quite good. The heat and AC worked well and we enjoyed excellent WiFi. The binoculars were in poor shape and the flashlight was non functioning but that was only a minor issue. Convenient parking too.

This was the first time visiting Yellowstone National Park, and staying here added to the overall amazing experience. We stayed in a single cabin, and it was perfect. It was more spacious than I was anticipating, with a large living space w/fire place and kitchen with a dishwasher, mini fridge, and stovetop. The decor was very fitting with where we were, and included National Park games, walking sticks, binoculars and a lamp. There was a smore kit and fire pit outside. ||The fireplace did stop working at one point, but we called the front desk, went out to dinner, and by the time we came back it was fixed. The quickest fix from a hotel that I have experienced. ||The location is walking-distance to restaurants and shops around the town (I would suggest Madison Crossing & Wild West Pizzeria for food). But the best thing about the location is the less than 5 minute drive to the entrance of the Park. That entrance is absolutely gorgeous, and you can get an early start on your day.

Loved our Cabin #11 in the Washburn Camp off Grizzly Avenue. The landscaping and Adirondack chairs around the fire pit made me feel like I was at a remote destination, but a short walk allowed me all the perks of being in town. The cabin was very comfortable and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities (fire-pit-lit each night, s'more kits, binoculars, walking sticks, etc). I hadn't realized we booked a handicapped-accessible cabin, but used the ramp to wheel in our luggage and found I liked the fold-down shower seat!|My only negatives include the paltry amount of cutlery (2 forks?) & dishware; I recommend they discard non-stick skillets with damaged coatings. That said, we were very happy with our choice and would stay here again.

We recently spent four days in the cabins there in West Yellowstone and we truly enjoyed every day there. I have no complaints for the service , rooms or the location. However if I were to contact the company myself i would make only one suggestion and that is in the bathrooms there is no safety bars. We are an older couple and we saw that there were a lot of older couples there at the time and safety bars are a concern for the shower and helping to get off the very low toilets.

We stayed in one of the 2BR cabins. These "cabins" are not truly cabins, they are more like prefab mobile homes made to look like cabins. So they have the entry at one end, with the living and dining room, then a hallway to the smaller bedroom on the right, then the bathroom, then the larger bedroom at the end. They are thoughtfully decorated with a Yellowstone theme. The dining area lacks a dining table and chairs--instead, you eat sitting on the couch using a 1960s TV tray. There are about 60 cabins in three clusters along Grizzly Avenue. You have to check in at the Gray Wolf Inn next door. You can use the pool and free laundry there, but the breakfast there is not included. Housekeeping was spotty at best. We requested it three times during our 9 day stay and one of those times they skipped us entirely. The location is within walking distance of downtown and within a mile of the entrance to Yellowstone.

This is a great place to stay, especially if you plan to visit Yellowstone. It’s very close to the West entrance. The cabin was great and even provided hiking poles and binoculars. The kitchenette is nice for prepping any food you may need during your exploration. Parking was very convenient as well.
