★★★★★Stayed here for a weekend with family and it was a really nice hotel. The pool was fun, breakfast was tasty, and everything was clean and comfortable! There were lots of extra towels at the pool, which was handy. Breakfast wasn't amazing, but there was a lot of variety and everything was good. The front desk folks were kind and helpful, even though it was the off season and there weren't as many guests around.

NillIf there is a standard that hotels and motels need to meet it should be what Kelly Inn-West Yellowstone has implemented. It had a comfortable bed. The room was clean and very helpful. The lobby was well kept and the breakfast area was good. I highly recommend this place, even if your just staying the night. We stayed for a few days and it was great. Plenty to do and the accommodation were great.

★★★★★Hotel is cosy and clean. Room was clean and big enough. Bathroom could use some renovation but functional overall. We appreciate the complimentary breakfast with multiple choices for every taste, perfect to start a big day. Transportation from here can be difficult in winter, make sure you organize everything in advance.

NillVery pleasantly surprised, we stayed in the newer building in the double queen bunk room and my kids didn’t want to leave. The breakfast was hotel breakfast but still better than any of the Marriott or Hyatt ones we have had (which we travel to both frequently) large variety very clean and well stocked and up kept. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and accommodating, pool was smaller than pictured but comfortable and clean. Location was INCREDIBLE, quiet yet close to everything, plenty if parking and well lit and easy to access. We even tried to stay another night but unfortunately they close that building for the season. We will DEFINITELY be back!

NillWe stayed here two different times during our visit. We stayed in the Grizzly and Canyon buildings. The rooms were comfortable and so were the beds. Our room with two king beds was very spacious. The staff was very welcoming, especially the lady who is from Florida. The location was very convenient. When checking out, we did let the front desk know that the ceiling in our bathroom (in the shower) had a large black mold spot. She said that it was probably from the bathroom above it in the 3rd floor and they would take care of it.

★★★★Loved the loggy rooms and decor - great to come back to after a day's skiing. Breakfast fell a little short - no eggs or hot stuff for the first two days, scrambled eggs for the last two days of my four-day trip. Would have liked to see proper Level 2+ EV charging outside, not just electrical outlets providing 110V. A fast charger or two would be great. Pool looked nice, will try getting in it next time!

★★★★★I stayed at the Kelly Inn in West Yellowstone and couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment I arrived, Dee at the reception made me feel welcomed and at home. Her warm, friendly attitude and helpful recommendations truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. Steve was also fantastic, going above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. The hotel itself is spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly located for exploring Yellowstone. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and I loved the cozy ambiance. Thank you, Dee and Steve, for making my stay so memorable. |I can’t wait to return!

NillIt's listed as a 2-star hotel but just like Montana, you get more with less. I was nervous because the hotel was listed as being right next to a McDonald's--which it is--but that did not detract at all from the visit we had--in fact, it turned out a great place to have next door for coffee. This is located across the highway from the wolf and bear sanctuary which is walkable. This was a winter wonderland and the hotel plows the parking lot daily. Many snowmobile in and out of the place. Rooms were pretty big--some older fixtures--but really no big deal there. Breakfast was constantly restocked daily. Front desk staff Dalton and Cathy were super helpful. Great place to stay in winter.
