A great value hotel for families or those on a budget. The staff and location make this hotel shine. Friendly and welcoming service even when there are many patrons staying and visiting the hotel. The staff was kind and displayed patience in the face of overwhelming visitors. The staff during breakfast hours were very kind and helping. They constantly kept the dining area cleaned and ready for the next patrons. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, walking distance to shops, bars, and eateries. The hotel attraction is its pool slide. It is a fun for all ages. The pool facility was kept clean. There is ample parking here. During our visit parking was included in the stay. The breakfast was ok. The options is what you would expect at a value hotel such as this one. You can't go wrong with cereal and fruit. The rooms are also what you would expect at a value hotel. No frills. Rooms and hallways are kept clean. Interestingly, the size of the hotel, it was quiet at night. The location really is perfect because it is in a quiet area of West Yellowstone.

When searching for this hotel, it came up as a 2-star but my experience here says it should be rated at 3 stars. Welcoming lobby, good parking, comfortable beds, and really nice amenities. The coffee/hot chocolate bar in the lobby was very much appreciated. Breakfast was varied and had good protein options. The large guest room was comfortably furnished with everything one could need. While I did not use the fitness center, the swimming pool and hot tub areas were enjoyable and maintained. The guest room was in the main building with the lobby; the pool area was in a secondary building that is apparently undergoing a complete remodel in conjunction with a new hotel umbrella. I would welcome a chance to stay here again.

After 5 years of not using Wyndham I was really skeptical of staying in a Days Inn. Thirty years ago it was a great hotel but now I thought it might have become a little trashy. WAS I WRONG! This hotel exceeded my expectations tenfold. Hotel was clean. Room spacious (2 queens). Comfortable beds. Heater was not noisy and hard to control like many room heaters. Front desk person during check in was the nicest and most efficient employee I have ever seen. They appeared to be doing the work of 2 people and doing it successfully. (Should be paid extra!) And finally the fantastic breakfast. It is served in the restaurant attached to the hotel so you are literally eating in a restaurant. They served scrambled eggs with ham, biscuits and gravy and biscuits with sausage gravy, bacon, mixed fruit, oatmeal and all the other types of quick breakfast foods. The breakfast attendant was constantly cleaning and refilling food trays. Super hotel! Super expensive but less than many others in West Yellowstone.

We had such a nice 6-night stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, what really made our visit special was the incredible staff. Sam and Lori went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us really great recommendations of things to do, places to eat, and must-see sights in the area. Their kindness and genuine care for the guests made all the difference. It's not often that you find a hotel where the staff truly shine, but Sam and Lori definitely helped make our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting West Yellowstone!

The ladies at the front desk during our stay were AMAZING! Friendly, helpful, cheery, and kind, even though they were very short staffed and very busy. The breakfast was decent. Loved having fresh hot coffee available all day every day! The rooms were a bit dated but clean, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating. It is in a very convenient location to all shops and restaurants while being in a quiet street. Plus, it was close to a gas station and laundromat.

The hotel is the cleanest I have ever seen. Firm beds, great shower. Elaborate breakfast (hot items, fresh fruit salad, yogurt, waffles, pastries, different items each day for our four days there). The desk staff were pleasant. The pool and hot tub were clean - and very welcome after a long day of hiking in the park. This hotel is two minutes from the west entrance to Yellowstone, with a gas station across the street. We would get gas every evening. Only complaint - the laundry room had only 1 dryer working. It made it hard to get laundry done.

Unfortunately, Wyndham hotels are quickly becoming known for their trashy properties and very poor maintenance of those properties. This is the second hotel I've stayed in with Wyndham, and what a disappointment! The room smelled terrible, the carpet throughout the hotel looked like it had been walked on for the past 10 years, the pool area ventilation was VERY poor, and the beds were pretty stiff (if you like that). The included breakfast was okay, but the front desk "security" didn't allow anyone to take a small bit of food out of the eating area to eat in our room. This hotel is just outside Yellowstone National Park, so the foot traffic should be moderate. There should be no reason this hotel is in such bad shape. We stayed one night and breathed a breath of fresh air as soon as we left. We could not wait to get out of this place. STAY AWAY from this hotel!!!

Hotel was a little pricey for the area, however it was a very nice stay. The whole location was very clean, central to many things. The pool with the waterslide was fun. The breakfast area if large and comfortable, however on one the days the hot option was breakfast burritos which is not something that we enjoy. In saying that, there were still other options.||||Would stay again if we visit yellow stone
