We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn West Yellowstone in January. Purpose of the trip was snowmobiling and this was the perfect location to hit the trails directly from the hotel. Pet friendly hotel that readily helped us extend our stay additional days in the same room. Room was large, beds were comfortable and appreciated the loveseat, chair and fridge that were in the room. Dog friendly for pooch. Great on site restaurant and lounge with excellent dinner menu. Would recommend this great hotel to others.

We had a group of 23 people come from various states for a 3 night stay. the workers were overall pleasant in the restaurant & bar. But we were all surprised and disappointed that the housekeeping staff came in daily with fresh towels but did not touch beds. Also, the workout room could not be accessed until 7 AM each morning so I had to work out in my room which was less than ideal.

The hotel remodel is beautiful parking is not great. Especially if you have a trailer with snowmobile’s. Rooms are noisy. Definitely bring earplugs! Plan on eating somewhere else. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean wasn’t able to use the pool. It was closed for refilling and then it was too cold to get into. Check your bill before you leave.

Our family of 4 have stayed at the Holiday Inn in West Yellowstone 4 times in 6 years. The staff is super friendly and helpful when checking in or asking for anything. The family suite is a pretty nice room for our family of 4. The bathroom is a little small and cramped and you have to get ready out in the family room part at the sink. Beds are quite comfortable and big. The second room is nice to have a quiet space. It would be nice to have more drawers for clothes.

We were excited to see the remodel, as we have been coming to West Yellowstone to snowmobile for President’s Day weekend for over five years. This location is ideal for going riding! And after seeing the recent reviews, we thought it was great! However overall, huge disappointment. Stay elsewhere! We booked 2 rooms: one 2 Queen for three nights, the other a 2 Queen/1 King for two nights. The rooms were mediocre, typical hotel room. We were on the second floor in the corner, our window couldn’t open because of the snowdrift from the roof. (FIRE HAZARD) Every evening around 9pm and morning around 6am, there was a pounding/knocking sound. Was never given an answer from the front desk about that. We were told when we booked the pool and hottub were currently working, which was a big seller for us (toddler). The first day, we got down there and they were both closed. Waited 5 hours and they finally reopened it! Unfortunately the pool was so cold our toddler was shivering, lips were turning purple (hot tub was obviously too hot), and the chlorine was so strong our daughter and myself started breaking out in a rash. “The Branch” restaurant connected offers a $18 buffet style continental breakfast, as a hotel guest you only get %10 off. The service was terrible. We have had better continental breakfast’s for free, than what they had to offer. (Expired milk, wrinkly disgusting sausage links, paper thin bacon, typical eggs, dry French toast sticks with drizzled chocolate/strawberry syrup on it). They did have miniature Chobani yogurts and cereal containers. We were not informed that the breakfast menu was going to be unavailable the entire weekend. Dinner and drinks were overpriced. Needless to say we did not go back; there were cheaper/better options in town that we ate at all weekend. Since checking out, our two separate cards have shown multiple charges EXCEEDING the amount we should’ve been charged by over double! Very dissapointed overall.

We have traveled a lot and this is my kids (14, 11, and 8) favorite hotel. The pool, hot tub, and especially the game room were big highlights. They also loved walking through the old fashioned train cars!

This Holiday Inn is a great choice for a trip to West Yellowstone! It is centrally located. The Branch restaurant is attached to the hotel we visited in Winter for a snowmobile tour. We used Yellowstone Vacations for our tour company through Yellowstone it is right at the end of the parking lot so definitely walking distance. The hotel staff had great customer service and very accommodating. The hotel was clean and cozy.

This hotel was located in the perfect place and was convenient for days in Yellowstone as the entrance was nearby. Our room was clean for the most part and I disinfected myself to ensure that it was. We did have to ask for more towels and washcloths, but the staff was happy and quick to provide those for us. The restaurant was good as well and offered vegetarian options as well as hearty appetizers. The gaming room was a bonus and we enjoyed stopping in after a late supper. I enjoyed the variety of tea that was provided- and there was coffee and hot cocoa offered as well. I've been all over The United States and to high end resorts in Mexico and The Bahamas and I can testify that this hotel was perfectly on point with it's service, cleanliness and accommodations. Tammy at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind ♡ I hope to have the chance to return someday as I would stay here in a heartbeat. Thank you for such a memorable stay and keeping us cozy.
