The hotel seems like it was hastily built and made to fill in a lot, rather than to exceed the offerings of its competitors. The laundry only accepts quarters (which is baffling in today's era), the light fixtures seemed to be installed poorly, the design of each room appeared to be haphazard and lazy, and the "exercise area" is pathetically small. There was also a fire alarm one day due to the water main malfunctioning, which was not something you want to hear about. Fortunately, the staff are friendly and a regular continental breakfast is offered at the hotel. Rooms were clean and service was fair. The location is awkward because of its relative isolation and the strange access road, but it's quiet. There are probably better places to stay for an extended period, but it's serviceable and gets you Marriott loyalty points.

Wow! I am very disappointed in this accommodation so far. First, the room assigned to us was not clean (326) - pizza on the counter in the kitchen, TV was still on in living area, that was far as we went. Second, the pool is not usable, and the front desk staff did not mention that when we checked in . When I called about it, the front desk staff did not know when it would be up functioning. Also, the front desk staff did not welcome us to the "hotel" or mention the included breakfast. We will find out tomorrow if there is even breakfast! After driving 12 hrs to get here for hockey tryouts and not have access to the pool to limber up, I'm not impressed.

James prepares a wonderful breakfast. He is punctual and always ensures all breakfast items are hot, fresh and plentiful. Can’t go wrong here on our daily primary meal.

I basically talked to the GM and the sales director and explained what a bad experience. I had at another hotel in the area in terms of calling me back. have a band coming in and we were looking for some good rates and this hotel basically did the same thing. Completely ghosted me. Are you comingI’m not sure what it is with the Lincoln Omaha area, but sales directors and general managers sto be uninterested in doing deals.

The staff were fantastic - very friendly, with helpful recommendations! The rooms had blackout curtains which worked really well, and was pretty quiet - with little nose from other rooms, and no road noise. The bed was comfortable, and there was minimal noise and lighting from the interior appliances and electronics. The closet was huge, and the kitchenette seemed well suited for a longer stay, but my only gripe was that there didn't seem to be a great place to put luggage (besides a low shelf in the closet, or on the couch). Breakfast was a standard continential affair, and the fitness room was also pretty standard: a few cardio machines, bench, and free weights up to 50#.

Ok, place had issues. The room is nice and on a normal stay, this may have been better. But the heated pool does no good when the rest of the room is a frozen ice block. Then there was the ceiling damage, the burst pipe, the fire alarm evacuation.... Just not a pleasant stay.

Beth and the other receptionist who’s Moroccan (can’t remember his name) have been phenomenal! My husbands been staying here for business for about two months and I’ve visited him often. They have provided the absolute best customer service and really make the place feel more like home. The banter and friendliness they have given us is so much appreciated especially on these extended stays. We have definitely made new friends and will be booking here again when he has to come back to Lincoln Nebraska. Thanks so much for your amazing hospitality!

Great hotel clean and comfortable. Breakfast is typical fare. Get a to floor room to avoid noisy neighbors from above
