NillSTAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! If I could rate zero stars I would. Multiple rooms have their beds standing up like they deal with bed bugs constantly. Some rooms don't even have power. I was moved multiple times due to issues with my room. I was later kicked out when I refused to pay a 20.00 after hours fine that was not stated in the policy. I asked for the documentation that states this and that's when I was kicked out. I was also accused of having bed bugs which I know I never have. The bed bugs have been there for a long time it seems as the other beds in multiple rooms were being treated the same way as mine so it seems those have bed bugs and the bed bugs were just moving from room to room. When I was initially checked in, staff was friendly. I stayed before with no issues. Honestly, if you still insist on staying here, tread carefully as these people are two-faced and you may have bed bugs yourself. I should also mention some of the staff have body odor issues and smell very badly. I ended up finishing my stay at another hotel and never once had any issues at the new place which further proves this place is to blame for bed bugs. Maybe it's a good thing I was kicked out as I got far better service at the new location.

NillMy mom and I stayed here long term ( almost 2 years). In the last 6 months there we witnessed cockroaches come in that were blamed on us. Staff became very rude. Witnessed puppies being stolen from another guest and were taken off property ( yes it has been turned into the police but nothing as so far been done about it that we know of). We were kicked out during a very bad snow storm because my mom was sick and passed out in the hallway as they were boombing our room for cockroches. Last I knew there was only 1 person running that hotel, no other workers to speak of. Got told that wr needed to come up with $100 to stay. We paid 1,060 for a double room monthly. Wen we got kicked out we didn't even get a refund so we had no money to go anywhere or do anything. Staff was real nice in the beginning. Owner was the one that checked us in and was very friendly. When we left, we got no trust passed and stuff stolen from our room not even within 24 hours.

NillThe worst place I've ever been to. This is not a hotel idk what you call it. Was afraid a cockroach was going to fall from the ceiling or a bed bug crawl on my pant leg and hitch a ride home with me. No one answered the phone when tried to call no one was at the front desk just alot of notes posted. Charged 3 dollar for a roll of toilet paper get real. I was only there to pick up something a Friend had left behind. This place is worse then a Travel inn or Motel 6 in Omaha. I definitely do not recommend here. Unless you want bed bugs and roaches going home with you. Or rapped and robbed by the people that I encountered just by waiting in the loddy.

NillLocation is great. The staff used to be friendly and polite. Hotel is now cockroach infested. The manager doesn't care anymore about anyone, as long as she gets money from You everything is OK. Won't hire a professional to come in and take care of the cockroaslch problem. Wants us to leave for over 8 hours so she can " bomb" our room.

NillNothing like finding a needle under your mattress:/ .. was staying with my son and dog!! Staff is lazy and just plain nosey … needs new management for starters!!

★Don’t be fooled! I booked 2 rooms over a month ago at this hotel for the Nebraska Cornhuskers Red and White game. When I checked my email tonight, a week before the game, they had CANCELLED my reservation. I called the hotel and ended up talking to a very nasty lady. I explained my problem that they cancelled my rooms a week before the game and she told me they hadn’t had rooms for 2 months! I said I had booked my rooms over a month ago and they obviously KNEW they didn’t have any rooms but waited until NOW to cancel on me. I asked them what they were going to do to fix this. They HUNG UP ON ME! I called back and they refused to answer the phone. I called on a different phone number and they wouldn’t pick up the phone. So I called Hotels.com who said that it was unacceptable that they cancel like that on short notice and Hotels.com who I booked through and they tried to call them to solve the problem and they STILL wouldn’t answer the phone! And the kicker was they didn’t even ask my name or reservation number or ANYTHING!!!! They didn’t even KNOW who I was!!! what nasty nasty front desk people.

NillEvery here is super friendly and the room was crisp and well kept. The staff here did an excellent job at handling all my needs. They really helped me feel more like family then a paying customer. Would come again honestly just a great experience overall.

NillI was struggling when I came to the hotel and not only were they super friendly and helpful they also offered a helping hand and helped me with getting to know that it was a safe place to be. Because they don’t only treat people professionally but in a homely matter. I highly suggest this hotel. 😊
