0/10. everything was not cleaned, there was mold in the bathtub and sinks and drain . the service was bad and our room was smoke free and there was cigar buds in there, there was trash and it wasn’t clean and the floors were sticky and gross which was the carpet. we asked for extra blankets and they were only able to give us a small stained blanket.

This is single handedly the worst hotel I gave ever stayed in. Upon checking in and walking to my room, I was met with the door to my room already open and a man standing there. He was staff, but did not have any cleaning supplys, uniform, tools, or anything at all to identify him as staff. Just a man standing in an open room I was just given the key to. The room was smelled so much of mothballs and fumigation chemicals that it was intoxicating to be in for more than a few minutes, the carpet in the room appeared to have never been vacuumed. The shower and shower curtain had visible mold. The walls in the bathroom had streaks as if they had never been cleaned. The beds top blanket was clearly not cleaned, it was stained and covered in hair. Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff were nice, especially Nick.

Old, janky, nasty and not really worth the cost unless you need super cheap accommodations. The place is falling apart badly, moldy room furniture, the key card system is busted , the carpet needs to be replaced as much as the lighting and also the hair dryer is a fire trap. I didn't see anything regarding bugs but it wouldn't surprise me if they were in the hotel. Don't bother eating breakfast either as it's not worth it. The only saving grace is its location not far off the interstate for those traveling cross country.

I'm giving this hotel 2 stars simply because I needed a smoking room and this hotel was the only one within a 5 mile radius of the hospital that had smoking rooms. The room was absolutely filthy. Hole in the wall, shower curtain had blood stains, carpet was scary gross, no phone in room, TV remote doesn't work, cracked glass on window, no ashtray in sight, drawers were dirty, wierd yellow paint strip on the wall(room was beige color every where else), broken lamp shades, old gas station fountain pop in mini fridge(that i used for an ashtray), no elevator. Staff was very polite, blazing hot water with the water pressure of a fire hose, plenty of parking, easy drive back to the hospital, 2 medium pizza boxes fit very well in mini fridge, no bugs(that I saw), heat was cozy warm all night, bed was firm and mostly comfortable.

Terrible traffic turning into and coming out of a one way parking lot first. Second, the room was as expected for a super 8, don't expect anything more out of it. THE BIG ONE is they are currently charging my account for an extra 95 dollars, and they don't have ANY reason as to why. Especially when I've paid for the 2 nights plus taxes and fees. So tell me where the extra 95 came from? THEY CAN'T. I highly suggest you don't come here. I've already put in a dispute against the charge. Also our card keeps not working so we have to go to the front desk every time to get it swiped again. Today's date is May 17th 2025, have 1 more night here then I'm leaving this place in the backbuner. I do not recommend coming in, and if you do, IF you do, check your receipt and if there is a charge that cannot be explained, just leave, for 15 dollars more you could get a decent hotel.... One that won't try to take another 100 for no reason

This was horrible! I was leaving a bad situation at home needed some place affordable to stay for a few days lights didn't work, roaches everywhere, shower curtain rod broke coming out of wall, stained bedding, stained towels, requested more towels couldn't get good services at all. Pick some place else all reviews are accurate!

Positive: The price Negative: The room was filthy. The shower would not shut off. It dripped all night. Actually a stream was coming out. This was going on when we first walked in our room. The TV quality was by far the worst. There was a smell of wet cat/animal throughout

Paid $150 for a two night stay only to find multiple cockroaches in my room. When asked for a refund, we were denied because we "stayed longer than 30 minutes". Yeah, I'm just gonna dispute the bank charge. Don't stay here unless you like roaches and bad service.
