DoubleTree by Hilton Omaha Southwest

Check-in was great, and this review would have been 4 stars had breakfast been approachable. Cameron was kind and vibrant, though I don't understand the fixation on cookies? I feel like this is a cheap offering for what would otherwise be an upscale experience. My issue with service revolved around breakfast and the (hostess?) Who proceeded to complicate what should have been a straightforward ordering process. That experience alone left us with a sour feeling.

Rooms adequate but dated. Carpet and bathroom a bit worn. Temp control good. Mattress good. Service good. Bar/ dining room way understaffed. Liquor selection a bit limited. Caesar salad with the salmon was great! Had breakfast 3X. One time, pretty good. The other 2 just OK. Location right next to I-80 was great.

room was clean - mini fridge and microwave is weirdly hard to come by these days so i was seriously excited. they have the delicious cookies!!! this location was good, close to lots of restaurants and stores to grab quick things i needed. most of all, the service was amazing!!! everybody was so kind. Cameron checked me in and helped me when i locked myself out of my room, she was SO friendly and quick to help. very happy with my stay!

I attended a murder mystery dinner for my birthday at this Hotel! The service was amazing, the murder mystery cast did an amazing job with engagement. The room was put together well, the decor upon entering the the hotel Was gorgeous! There were beautiful lit Christmas trees and selfie spots! The lighting was gorgeous, especially for photos! We didn't stay in a room, so I could not give a rating for that, but based on what I did see and what I did experience, it was great! The dinner came with a 3 course meal, it was basic banquet food, NOTHING immaculate, The appetizer and salad was the best part of that, but that also wasn't what I was there for. I wanted the murder mystery experience and that was amazing and fun! It kept us on our toes! The drinks were also great! All in all I gave 4 stars, because I couldn't give 5 due to the fact I didn't receive around-the-clock service from all the staff like I would have if I stayed there.

Not a great experience. Rooms are clean but run down. The walls are paper thin, beds uncomfortable, and the AC unit in the room is loud and swings the temperature wildly. Front desk was helpful. Other guests were loud all night long. For the price I wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve stayed here twice now driving to visit family and it’s just been a little oasis on the highway. The staff is lovely, the restaurant on site is pretty good for the money, and they’re pet friendly! I love that they provide a brand new bath mat for the showers. It’s that little extra care that really makes it worth it!

Amazing staff! But it gets extremely loud to sleep/rest, you can hear everything happening in the hallway. Plus I had a horrible sleep after seeing the reviews for car break-ins happening in their parking lot.

What a nice experience! Bed was comfortable, I slept all night, food in the hotel restaurant was AMAZING, breakfast in the hotel restaurant was so and the staff was great! They gave us cookies and were so nice! The lemon and cucumber water was GREAT!! Definitely keep doing what you're doing, I loved the experience!!
