NillClean rooms and smart features like USB charging outlets by the bed and Bluetooth ready speakers in the room. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had a lovely conversation with the bartender before taking her suggestion for where to have dinner, and she was spot on. (See my review for Backlot). Aksarben is only a few blocks away, an easy walk even after dinner and a few drinks. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in Omaha.

Nill🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Exceptional Service & Hospitality at Aloft Omaha, Nebraska! I cannot say enough great things about my stay at Aloft Omaha during the 2nd Annual Black Literacy Matters Conference! From the moment I arrived for my late check-in on Tuesday night, the staff—General Manager Kathryn Crocker and her amazing team (Laura, Emily, and Kaiden)—went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. The next morning, we woke up to a blizzard, which caused the first day of the conference to go virtual. Instead of leaving us scrambling, Kathryn generously let us use her personal Apple device so we could stream the conference in the hotel’s conference room via Zoom. That level of thoughtfulness and hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated! Throughout our stay, the staff was accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help. And just so you know—the Aquafina water is free (a small but welcome perk!). I even got Laura to taste my Pickled Okra! My daughter and I stayed in a room with two comfortable queen beds, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and all the bathroom necessities we needed. If you're ever in Omaha and looking for a hotel that truly cares about its guests, Aloft Omaha is the place to stay. Thank you again to Kathryn and her incredible team for making our experience so smooth and welcoming—we’ll definitely be back! #5StarService #AloftOmaha #ExceptionalHospitality #BlackLiteracyMatters #BeyondExpectations #Blizzard 🌟🏨✨ Reason

NillPros: Staff was extremely friendly and worked with us to allow an early check in. Room was clean. Game area provided a lot of entertainment. Having the option of food at the hotel was a nice plus and it was good for what it was. Con’s: It was weird there was a gap between the room and the shower so you can see into the shower from the main area. Shower floor was slick. Laura was awesome at the front desk. She was super friendly and accommodating. Definitely a highlight when it came to interacting with her. All in all it was a nice stay.

NillThe service from the team members was very good. They were always friendly, attentive and upbeat. The rooms aren’t great for families as there is very limited storage space (a very small “dresser” with 2 small drawers). It is nice that the toilet and shower are separated from the sink by a door as that allows one to shower while others use the sink. However, there’s nothing between the sink and the beds so turning on the light at the sink illuminates the entire room, making it hard for parents getting ready while kids sleep a bit longer. Also, it was very cold while we were in town, and maybe that impacted this, but there was not really any hot water on our last day. A cold shower to start the day wasn’t in my plans!

NillThis is a very nice place to stay, had a little hiccup when I first got to the counter at the front desk but we got past that , only thing I had a problem with is I had some family come to see me while I was visiting Omaha and they bought me this basket like a care basket, (because I have a medical condition) so wanted to cheer me up, and the lady at the front dest stopped them and said this is no party hotel , because they had balloons with the basket that they brought me, And I thought that was very rude for her to say that, so I went down to the front desk and let her know that we was not having a party. They just brought that to cheer me up and make me feel good.

NillExtremely unfriendly and unknowledgeable staff. There was an extreme lack of information in terms of the amenities offered at check-in, and throughout the stay. Room cleans have to be requested, towels are not replaced, and breakfast was extremely overpriced. I called the front desk twice for more body wash and was told there was only one female employee working there at 11:00pm, she was “alone” and unable to bring the body wash. I feel her working alone is very unsafe. When calling to ask for more towels, they do not bring them to the room for you, you must go to the front desk. I tried to contact via their website and the itinerary number is required, however it does not work, therefore we could not contact them. Overall, knowing this information now, I will not be returning for a future stay in our travel endeavors. .5/5 stars. Would not recommend to the general public, especially for extended stay.
