This hotel is SO CLEAN! I feel like you could eat off the floor of this room. I was astounded at what I got for the value. I figured I would get myself something really nice for 100 dollars (100 bucks is my pretty standard hotel budget and it gets very variable results in different cities, LOL). Good LORD I was not disappointed. This room is enormous. The hotel is both pet and kid friendly which is awesome for travelers. It’s completely packed tonight and I’m in a full corridor and I can’t hear noise from any other guests. The room has a FULLY STOCKED kitchenette with cutlery and dishes to use. Ample parking, free breakfast, helpful staff at the front counter, and all the amenities advertised! All of them both accessible- and clean! I’m so disappointed that I was literally only stopping in here to sh**, shower, sleep and shave. :(

My boyfriend and I were in town visiting for a few days and our stay at this hotel was so nice. The staff that greeted us were pleasant and helpful. Anytime the staff saw us, they greeted us and smiled as we passed - it’s a small thing but it made our stay even better. We stayed in a room that had all the things and was soooo spacious! We had a full size refrigerator, a dishwasher, microwave, dishes, mugs, glasses and utensils. We also had a dining table with 3 seats, a large bathroom with the perfect space to get ready for a night out, a slightly stiff sofa (but that’s forgivable), an ottoman and a smart TV in both living room and bedroom areas that we could use our Amazon Fire Stick with to stream whatever we wanted. I loved that there were doors separating the spaces from one another. I could get up early and watch TV in the living room area with a cup of tea and let my boyfriend catch up on his sleep. We stayed on a floor that had a lot of teenage boys and their parents there for a sports game, but we couldn’t hear a peep from them our entire stay. I was pleasantly surprised by that. We loved our stay here and would come back the next time we take a weekend trip to Omaha.

This review would be 5/5, but someone kept calling our room at weird hours and we had to disconnect the phone after they woke us up at 6 AM, which was very frustrating with an infant in the room. We had no idea who the caller was but they spoke in strange tones and were asking for someone unknown to us by name. I would hope that outside callers can't just call random hotel rooms in the middle of the night or early in the morning without going through reception, so we wondered if the calls were coming from the reception desk for some reason. Apart from that the hotel was very clean, the service was pleasant, and the breakfast was good.

Stayed here April 25, 2025. Hotel was clean and good location. We had a king size bed. The bed was very hard and only had 3 pillows. I called the front desk to ask for a couple more pillows. They said they ran out of pillows. Very sad! I could have slept on the sidewalk for free. Hopefully they can afford to get more pillows soon.

I checked in amidst a bevy of youth sports teams. The staff was great and very helpful with my needs. The room was very quiet with no noise coming in from the rowdy youth sports participants. There was an odd plaque in the lobby that seemed as though they did not want any union organizers in the lobby. Otherwise the breakfast was well stocked. The hotel was kept very clean.

Breakfast "artisan sandwiches" are jimmy deans sandwiches for breakfast, There was decent breakfast sandwiches here in January, it's nearly impossible for me to cook with the tiny skillet. Working 10 hours , driving an hour, cleaning up. The one thing I looked forward to in a hotel is not having to cook breakfast, there is literally nothing else that's good about being in a hotel, and when the food gets cut back, it's just a miserable stay having to listen to cars all night and people stomping around. Other Home2 locations have way higher quality food, and more options, this makes me want to stop doing travel work so I can have my kitchen back.

This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. My kids have been very well behaved in the pool, in the room, in the hallways and in the workout room. As you enter the weightroom they have a sign that says people under 18 can be in the weight room if accompanied by an adult. Both days of our stay they could see an adult was in there, as grandma was in visual sight of the door. All kids were lined up on the treadmills. When they came in both times they asked her if she was mom. When I stepped up and said I was. They were telling us it sounded like they were going to come through the wall, as they were running and trying to tell us that the weightroom wasn't a playground. I informed them that my kids are at the weightroom all the time and the door says they can be in here as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Then when my dad heard about what happened he went to discuss it with them and they were bothered that the treadmill was noisy. Then they were accusing us of not wearing proper attire, when we all had tennis shoe's on(GM Amy was incorrect of accusing us that someone was wearing UGGs, which we don't even own a pair of), and isn't written on the wall anywhere like she claimed. My dad went down to check if there was a sign that said that, and there wasn't. I walked down to the front desk to give them a chance to make all of this right before writing a poor review. When explaining that this situation happened 2 times in a row to the 2nd gal that came in to harrass me and my kids, I mentioned a Mexican gal(who I later found out was named Amy Fisher, the GM, and in fact a Mexican) came in with her grumpy attitude harassing us the day before. Amy then came out of her office on day 2 and mentioned she was the GM and was going to report this incident, accusing me of being racist. I mentioned I wasn't being racist, I was trying to explain what you looked like and didn't know her name. I also mentioned that she was the one who came and glared in the window at us the 2nd day(right before the 2nd gal came into speak to us), she lied and said she was using the bathroom, which my mom verified was a lie, as well. Here is the poor review of the room: You can hear someone's TV all the way down to the elevator. You can hear everytime someone leaves there room, walks by and down the hallway. You can hear the noise of the road a half a block away and the air return has a constant noise to it our whole stay.

We stopped twice at this hotel and it was just as good the second time as the first. It is consistent in quality, comfort, and staff professionalism. We were warmly greeted by Dajhia both times and she was friendly and helpful. She enabled us to get checked in quickly and recommended a number of restaurants in the area for dinner. We stay at many hotels, and she stands at the top of the list for a professional staff person. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and well furnished - one of the better ones we've experienced. The hotel is complete with fully outfitted fitness room, business center with working terminals, and a hot breakfast selection, with real porcelain plates, plus the USA Today newspaper, which is a rarity in hotels today. They recycle (not found in some brands) and are conscious about health with sanitizers located throughout. The location is close to I-80 and gas stations, Walmart, and restaurants are in close proximity. This hotel strives to meet the Hilton standards, and I give them an A+ grade, with my highest recommendation as a great place to spend the night or two.
