NillThe room was modern but had a cheap feeling. It reminded me of my college dorm room. The service was excellent, except the fact they only clean the room every other day. The location was very convenient, everything we visited in the city was less than ten minutes away.

NillRooms were fine, location is ok; first time in Nebraska. Service wasn't that good. Arrived and was told they couldn't find one of the rooms I had booked with booking.com under my name. One of the rooms was in my girlfriend name since we booked it for the kids we had with us. Had to call booking.com and that's when they figured out it was the name. Front desk lady was trying to push me to call bookings.com for a refund when i never asked for one when I got here. I was confused when i called before I arrived to Nebraska as i was only calling them to see if they could find my confirmation number by name because i thought i lost the confirmation email. Funny thing is I found the confirmation before arriving, and she didn't even look at my phone as i presented; but rather mentioning that she talked to me on the phone earlier and i would need to call booking.com for a refund.. again, I never asked for one. The confirmation showed the two rooms that i booked and receipt from booking.com showed the two rooms i booked. The gentleman who was contacted by booking.com helped out and i paid the two rooms separately, but upon paying, i noticed I paid more for the rooms than what i booked on bookings.com. I was jist tired from this ordeal. When we got our rooms my girlfriend noticed the the king size bed we booked.. the bed is Queen certainly not a King. So I also paid extra for a room I didnt even get.... first time using bookings.com and first timr staying at Hilton.. certainly a bad experience for my first trip to Nebraska but i dont think i'll ever this hotel company or the booking company for something I think just looking at the confirmation I was presenting could have easliy solved this issue instead of focus on a 2 hour earlier call...

NillRooms were very clean and reasonably priced. Breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. There was a nice lounge area with games for the kids, a pool table, and work stations to plug your laptop in.

NillAwesome stay Only one issue we didn't get a room with a bathtub as reserved for. Other than that everything about the hotel and the room was very awesome. We will stay again if we are in the area.

Nill**Update: Amy Fisher reached out to my directly. She was very professional on the phone and gave me a few options to correct the issue. Once the issue is fully resolved I will update this review.** Check your card statement after your stay because we were DOUBLE CHARGED. We checked in the night before via the app but our room was not ready by the time we arrived. I noticed in the app that it said our digital key was not ready so I tried to chat with someone via the app but no one ever responded. I will update the review if/when I hear back from Hilton. We used to be Marriott only but decided to give Hilton a chance over the last year. Depending on how this is handled we may leave Hilton for Marriott once again.

NillI recently stayed at Tru by Hilton for the first time, and unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning. As a Gold Hilton member, I was disappointed not to receive the usual recognition or perks, such as the complimentary snack bag, which was available behind the desk but not offered to me. The reception staff’s attitude was particularly off-putting—they seemed irritated that I had my dog with me. To top it off, when I arrived at my room on the fourth floor, it reeked of marijuana, making it feel like I walked into a frat party. Overall, the experience left a lot to be desired, and I won’t be staying here again.

NillThis is not an AI-written review. This is a wonderful place to stay. I loved the color-pop in the lobby. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. There is plenty of parking available around the property. There is a lot of grass patch to walk your pet around the property. They offer complimentary breakfast. Easy access from the I-80.
