NillGenerally, I am very kind in my reviews. I understand that sometimes, things happen. We were without power, again, in my city, and it had been a long few days. The previous hotel we had been at had falsely advertised "shower/bathtub combination" only to find out there was no bath. With two small children, that was a problem. When we arrived at comfort suites, I had done my homework; there was a bathtub for sure. My son, 3, was so excited to swim in the pool. And...after disappointment after disappointment, my heart sank after I saw the sign "Pool closed for chemical imbalance." Pools don't add chemicals themselves. People do and, because of someone's error, I had to walk back to my room and tell my three year old, already in his swimsuit, that the hotel again, had let us down and the pool was closed. I know this stuff happens. We ended up going to the local YMCA and swimming but the last thing we wanted to do after being in the car all day was have to load up again and go. We booked this hotel because of their heated pool. Two nights, two different hotels, neither were able to deliver completely on what they said. The room itself was wonderful but I would have rather slept on rocks than to have to disappoint my child. This stuff should be made known upon check in AND discounts offered to any families with children who you know were probably costing on a pool.

NillThis hotel has helped our family in an emergency snow storm. They had a beautiful room and very attentive staff. They were super accommodating to our 11 month old. I will keep going to this hotel when road tripping from Chicago to Denver.

NillThis has been one of the better Choice Hotels I have stayed at in years. I was about to delete my Choice Rewards Program/App because of the run-down, gross hotels I’ve stayed in and the reviews not being remotely truthful…..but then I gave this one a chance last minute passing through Omaha. The lady at the desk was helpful, quick and had a great personality. The halls were the cleanest I’ve seen in a while. The room was clean, bed was clean, no hair in the bathroom. The toiletries/coffee bar items in the room were not stocked though and it seems the hotel wasn’t very full for the night, yet had a bunch of customers grouped directly by each other. I hate when they do that! if possible, spread people out a little bit so everyone could maybe get some better sleep than usual hotel night sleep. I think this area in Omaha is generally safe. I walked to the nearby Aldi’s and didn’t have any safety concerns. I appreciate the value of this particular hotel. Stayed 12/6-12/7 ‘24

NillI have stayed at many Choice hotels and they have all been nice and clean. This place went further. This place was spotless! You could have eaten off the counters and tables in the breakfast area. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. If I am back in Omaha I will stay here.

NillLike everyone else there we were without power for 4 days. Initally only booked the first night. Semajae and Camile were super helpful with extending our stay thru Saturday night. We did have to move to a different room but we did not care. The rooms were clean and warm. With the number of persons displaced by the storm and power outage, the noise level was very minimal when we were in our room. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in the many different hotels we have stayed in. Lots to choose from. While a bit off the interstate it is well worth a bit of a drive to get to. Lots of restaurants near by and one within walking distance. I would recommend this place to anyone.

NillVery pleased with this hotel stay. The facilities are clean, well-maintained and spacious. The front desk staff (Sarah) was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, and the price is right. Would recommend.

NillThe entire staff was accommodating and friendly. The indoor pool and complimentary breakfast were a great additions. Their breakfast included cereal, yogurt, toast/bagels/muffins, crowd pleaser-3 waffle makers, sausages, scrambled eggs and much more.

NillIf you give this 5 stars you have not stayed at many hotels. This is the classic built-fast-and-cheap- to-reap-maximum-profit hotel. The reviews about the lack of hot (even warm!) water, low pressure shower heads, and powdered eggs are real. The hotel is new, so the furnishings are all fine, and it is still clean. But the little things like hearing people walk on the floor above you, the hallways being echo chambers, the shower curtain rods tilting, and being able to hear the person's phone in the room next to me getting notifications (on vibrate!) are all indicators of lack of true quality. All surface, no substance. Look elsewhere. There are plenty of options out there.
