We spent 3 nights here at end of September. Hotel is located off of NY State route 104 and is a quick to access from Interstate 390. While route 104 is a busy road, the area immediately around the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. There is plenty of parking and you can walk to Applebee's and Olive Garden which are adjacent to the hotel or you can walk across the pedestrian bridge over route 104 which will bring you to a Mexican restaurant and a sports bar and grill. The hotel itself is in very good shape, service was friendly, the King studio was very spacious for a studio, it had a full refrigerator, 2 burner stove, breakfast bar area, a comfortable sofa and a very comfortable king bed. Also has a large flat screen tv with a swivel so that you can either watch it from the sofa or from the bed. Bathroom was spacious and there is a vanity sink and closet in the space between the bed and the bathroom. there was ample closet and drawer space for 2 people. Plenty of plugs for charging phones/tablets. Hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub which were very nice to use, although the water in the pool was cold. There is a grill outdoors that guests can use and while we didn't use it, we did see a couple of guests using it to grill steaks. Hotel offers a free breakfast...nothing spectacular but adequate enough that you won't go hungry...Warm scrambled eggs, warm breakfast meat, warm home fries, oatmeal, cereals, fruits, yogurts, and pastries. The neighborhood around the hotel is nice and seems very safe. It took about 10 minutes to drive from the hotel to the Strong Museum in downtown Rochester, about 50 minutes to drive from the hotel to Letchworth State Park. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in the Rochester area.

The rooms are old but clean and the front desk team is friendly and courteous. However on our last night we woke up to 86F and the temperature control did not work anymore. When we told the person on duty he merely said to wait until 730am. Understandable that maintenance team do not work overnight and are not on call. But the night manager could have done more by offering us fans. We ended up leaving at 4am to head home instead.

My husband, son and I stayed here last night. The bed is pretty comfortable (the pillows are not) and our room was clean. The guy at the front desk was nice. It took forever to check in, and he kept apologizing, saying the system they use is ancient...I believe it. It all went downhill from there. The pool was DISGUSTING. It was so murky you couldn't see the bottom (at 3 1/2 feet). The bottom felt gross and slimy, I got out almost immediately and went and looked at the hot tub, it's clear but there's dirt all over the bottom. The edge of the pool was covered in what looked like black spots of mold. I made my son take a shower the minute we got back to the room, and I took one immediately after. Don't flush the toilet if anyone us sleeping, it so loud it will wake them up. Breakfast was the last straw. We got down there. There were 2 mini muffins left- a mile long line to use the waffle maker(out of toppings though), a few dried out sausage patties, and some cereal. They were out of eggs, bacon, bread, bagels, yogurt and anything else they may be serving. There were no employees around to bother refilling anything. We ended up leaving and having breakfast elsewhere. With so many other hotels locally (Residence Inn next door, Holiday Inn across the street) across the street), I'd recommend staying someplace else, it's really not worth it. The money you'll have to spend on breakfast elsewhere is better spent on staying someplace a little nicer. Never again.

Would like to say this has been the best stay I've had in a while. I've been on the road for the last 3 months and have stayed at so very expensive hotels. This one blows them all out of the water. It's clean, smells nicce, not rundown, has a pool/hot tub, free parking, and free breakfast with killer coffee. Thank you, Emily, for helping me with all of my needs. I owe them nothing and just hope to find other hotels like this.

I went here with my son and another family. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. It was plenty big enough and had two full bathrooms. One bathroom had a tub/shower and one bathroom was a walk in tub. Each room including the living room had a tv. There was free hbo max for streaming plus cable. There was the option to log into your own Netflix too. The kitchen was plenty big enough with a full size fridge, plenty of dishes and cups. There was a microwave two burner stove and a dishwasher. We loved it here. Breakfast was good too. There were waffles, eggs, bacon, cereal, milk, granola, yogurt and oatmeal. There were pastries and bagels too. They even had lactose free milk. Coffees, tea and hot chocolate. We will definitely be back. We loved the location and walked to Olive Garden for dinner.

We recently had an excellent stay at this property. There don't seem to be a lot of recent reviews, so this will hopefully point you in the right direction.||Pros:|+ Excellent staff. Truly helpful, every single person we spoke to. You know how sometimes you don't realize you were asking for something, but they realize it and do it for you? That's the kind of staff they had working there. From the front desk staff, to the guy who was on his hands and knees cleaning a doorway. A+.|+ Clean property. The rooms were clean, the bed was clean. We were happy.|+ Easy location to access food (many restaurants within walking distance), and downtown Rochester (10-15 minute drive).|+ Tesla destination charger at sister property next door.||Cons:|- None. That's why I gave this property 5 stars.

Stay duration: 30 days Food: 10/10 (and I'm picky) Room: 8.9/10 Note: sometimes the tv would randomly flicker off and the batteries are dying. Could I ask for more batteries? Yeah, but why are they dead anyway. Service: 10/10 Front desk: 10/10 Price: 8.2/10 Note: we deserve more points for our stay. Amenities: 9.5/10 Note: you can't receive mail here and they don't have an ice machine. Things nearby: 10/10 Parking: 10/10 Noise: 8.1/10 Note: it's quiet, but once very other night at 11pm I hear "ay papi, moar moar." Walls are a little thin imo. You can even hear as you walk by. I even do a test, put my phone on 2 volume, then went outside to see if I could hear it. The guests can't be quiet cause the doors are so none soundproof.
